I had a look at your sandbox (which is a great place to practice editing) and just a word of caution. It's generally not a good idea to include personal contact information (such as email addresses or skype user names). First, it puts you at risk to receive quite a lot of unwanted spam messages; second, it looks as though you're creating an advertisement for a service that you provide (learning Chinese). That kind of advertising is not permitted on Wikipedia.

Hi, my name is Deng Li, but you can call me Ella. As you know, because of the increasing importance of China in the world, more and more people are now interested in learning Mandarin, a beautiful language, but also a challenging language.
For this reason, I would like to offer you my services and guide you through the wonderful experience of learning my native tongue. I have both the skills and experience necessary to help you in this process. I graduated from Neijiang Normal University in Sichuan province in 2006 with a major in Chinese Language and Literature. I also hold a certificate as a teacher for Senior Middle School. I have worked for over five years in the educational sector in China teaching the Chinese language to Chinese students and foreigners. I have taught people from the Netherlands and South Korea.
I love teaching Chinese and, unlike most teachers in China, I like making friends with my students to create a relaxed atmosphere where learning can be a stress-free process. This, of course, does not mean that learning Chinese, or any other language, for that matter, can be achieved without personal effort. However, I can offer you the proper guidance so that your efforts can see results in a short period of time.
