Joel Torres Gonzalez (born December 16, 1991), better known by his stage name Sonic Escobar, is an American Dominican rapper and record producer from Atlanta. He is best known for his 2017 single, "I got The coke".

Early life[edit]

Joel Torres Gonzalez was born on December 16, 1991 in Santo Domingo RD..[1] Sonic Escobar started rapping whilein high school and then he was enrolled at the Georgia State University where he wanted to become a computer engineer before dropping out.

Career[edit]

 " Sonic Escobar " started rapping in spanish in his home country after his father make him move to united states because he was doing bad and going to bad habits in his home country. Sonic came to USA at the age of 15.
