Speedy deletion of BACM[edit]

A tag has been placed on BACM, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent. The Association for Computing Machinery is the world's largest scientific and educational computer science society. It has a long-standing structure of chapters. Each chapter plays some role in their local CS community. The Baltimore ACM Chapter is linked from the ACM Chapters homepage for the State of Maryland:

Please see the notability guideline for organizations. Individual chapters of an organization are not necessarily notable just because they're part of a larger notable organization.
