Hi. Welcome, again, to Wikipedia. Sorry to be slow to respond to your email, but I don't look at my emails all that often. To contact someone on Wikipedia, it's usually best to leave a message on their talk page.

Don't worry, your article hasn't been deleted - click on the heading of this message to find it. What happened was that you created it as "Cathie Beck" with quotes around the title. That isn't our usual style for article titles (see the WP:Manual of style for questions like this), so another user "moved" it, i.e. changed the article title, to remove the quotes. That left the version with the quotes as a "redirect" to the new article, and that redirect was what I deleted as a "'recently-created, implausible redirect", because it's not likely that anyone searching would type quotes round the article title.

I haven't time now look at your article; if I do, I will let you have comments. You can ask for comments from other editors by posting a request at WP:Requests for feedback. WP:Your first article is the best source of advice for new authors, and has links to other helpful guidelines. Regards, JohnCD (talk) 19:30, 12 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
