WP:FRINGE guidelines[edit]

Hi Enemesis, I think that it is possible to improve the articles related to NLP. I would suggest that you read closely the WP:FRINGE guidelines. Do you think that it applies to writing an article on NLP? I'm trying to find fertile ground in editors can work collaboratively. -Reconsolidation (talk) 09:07, 27 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

As an example a few of the wikipedians opened a dispute resolution case: Wikipedia:Dispute_resolution_noticeboard/Archive_17#Oxford_English_Dictionary_definition. If disputes are summarized fairly then you can get input from more experienced wikipedians. --Reconsolidation (talk) 09:51, 27 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

It sounds like a fair idea tbh. Enemesis (talk) 11:52, 27 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Rfc for NLP - PLEASE[edit]

Why are you & the other SPAs so reluctant to start a Rfc? GoodDay (talk) 18:21, 11 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

GoodDay, going through the changes to the article and it's inherent problems to make it NPOV would be a massive undertaking. I'm not sure if I'm willing to commit to that yet. Enemesis (talk) 12:36, 12 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Some advise. Its not unknown for an editor who constantly states their opinion without providing sources to end up getting topic banned. GoodDay can tell you about this as the community have excluded him from two areas of wikipedia for just that bad practice. You need to start to address the need for references to support your views, and to understand how NPOV works. Getting involved in some other articles where you have less at stake personally might help you there. ----Snowded TALK 09:11, 22 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Its not really me who has something at stake,I dont run an NLP business. The people who do have something at stake are the ones reading the article although it is unbeknownst to them, you keeping them ignorant is a manipulation. Enemesis (talk) 09:14, 22 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
WP:INDENT again, and lay off the personal attacks ----Snowded TALK 09:32, 22 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
There have been no personal attacks snowded. I had read somewhere that I should ask you to correct a part of the article or write it in npov or correct any COI you may have with the article. If I find it I'll send you the link. Enemesis (talk) 09:46, 22 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Sigh, will you ever learn to indent? Otherwise as I have told you the COI issue has been done to death. As far as I can see all edits I have made are supported by other editors who are very aware of COI rules as am I. You continue to evade the need to provide evidence for you views. Accusing other editors of manipulation and continuing with COI accusations dismissed by the community is an attack. Hopefully you will learn ----Snowded TALK 10:19, 22 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I have found the article for you. I have contacted you a few times on this matter of which you are not responding. Can you please respond to this and follow the NPOV guide lines? request to end dispute of current edits as per wiki suggestion = not a personal attack.Enemesis (talk) 10:34, 22 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I've responded several times to tell you that the COI accusation has been raised twice before and dismissed. Did you not see that? ----Snowded TALK 11:37, 22 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
