The article Care Johnson has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this newly created biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Manway 00:53, 27 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Ways to improve Care Johnson[edit]

Hi, I'm Crystallizedcarbon. Entrepreneurdoctor, thanks for creating Care Johnson!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. Citations should be inserted inline, please refer to WP:INCITE

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse. Crystallizedcarbon (talk) 08:10, 27 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Also, the article needs to adhere to our policy on neutral point of view, which means that it must address the topic of the article without exaggeration, overly promotional terms, or name-dropping. Also, Wikipedia generally does not link to external websites through embedded links in the article body. This means that you should do something like She was featured on [example.com example.com]. Instead, just write She was featured on example.com. Preferably, include a citation afterward. To do this, you would write She was featured on example.com.<ref>[My title http://example.com/]</ref> You can also use citation templates, which is what I prefer. Another issue is that the sources themselves must be what Wikipedia calls a reliable source. This means that the site must have editorial control, a history of fact checking and publishing corrections, and not be self-published. In rare circumstances, self-published sources may be reliable, but one must demonstrate that the author is a respected professional, such as a published academic or journalist. I suggest you read our manual of style to acclimate yourself to how articles should generally look. Finally, if you are personally or professionally related to this person, you should read our guideline on how to manage a conflict of interest. November 2018[edit]

Information icon Please do not remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Care Johnson, without resolving the problem that the template refers to, or giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your removal of this template does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Thank you. Stesmo (talk) 07:07, 11 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Managing a conflict of interest[edit]

Information icon Hello, Entrepreneurdoctor. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about in the page Care Johnson, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

  • avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, company, organization or competitors;
  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Also please note that editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Stesmo (talk) 07:08, 11 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
