You continued your attempts to hijack The Bayou after you had been repeatedly warned, and then came this nonsense followed by disruption at a couple of highway-related articles. To the unblocking admin, this relates to WP:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents#Harassment by Velella, which I think might have just been about to get somewhere.
