A tag has been placed on King Conquer requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, individual animal(s), an organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject of the article is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} at the top of the article, immediately below the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate), and providing your reasons for contesting on the article's talk page, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. You may freely add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

You may want to read the guidelines for specific types of articles: biographies, websites, bands, or companies. Lothar von Richthofen (talk) 20:04, 30 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

They are a legitimate band. I really don't see the purpose of deleting information that some people may find useful. All the information is correct, and isn't hurting anyone.

Citations...[edit]

Okay. First, you should have a look at WP:CITE to get a basic overview of how citations work. The page WP:CT I have found to be particularly helpful in providing a framework for citations, especially web ones. I'll let you have a look around these pages so you can gain some experience, and if you still need help, just ask. Best regards, Lothar von Richthofen (talk) 21:54, 30 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Also, just so you know, you should sign your posts on talk pages by adding four tildes (these guys –> ~). ~~ Lothar von Richthofen (talk) 21:57, 30 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Good job with the citations. One suggestion that I do have is to rephrase some of the "History" section. It sounds more like a review and less like an encyclopedia article. Try using wording that doesn't sound like it is biased or WP:POV. ~~ Lothar von Richthofen (talk) 22:11, 30 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Is the history a bit better? Erikwnilsson (talk) 22:26, 30 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It's much improved. See if you can find a few more reliable sources; the more you have, the stronger the article. ~~ Lothar von Richthofen (talk) 22:28, 30 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for File:King Conquer Band Member Picture.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:King Conquer Band Member Picture.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 18:06, 31 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Disputed non-free use rationale for File:King Conquer Band Member Picture.jpg[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:King Conquer Band Member Picture.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.

If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. Mtking (talk) 20:55, 31 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I just used the tag that best described that picture on the list of tags. It seemed like a good fit. Sorry, I don't really know what I'm doing, to be honest. Erikwnilsson (talk) 21:03, 31 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
