April 2021[edit]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions; however, please remember the essential rule of respecting copyrights. Edits to Wikipedia, such as your edit to the page Allison Mack, may not contain material from copyrighted sources unless used with permission. It is almost never okay to copy extensive text out of a book or website and paste it into a Wikipedia article with little or no alteration, though you can clearly and briefly quote copyrighted text in the right circumstances. Content that does not comply with this legal rule must be removed. For more information on this, see:

If you still have questions, there is the teahouse, or you can click here to ask a question on your talk page and someone will be along to answer it shortly. As you get started, you may find the pages below to be helpful.

I hope you enjoy editing Wikipedia! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Feel free to write a note on the bottom of my talk page if you want to get in touch with me. Again, welcome! — Diannaa (talk) 13:17, 9 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm CommanderWaterford. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions—specifically this edit to Wikipedia:WikiProject Articles for creation/Help desk—because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Help desk. Thanks. CommanderWaterford (talk) 11:11, 14 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Tagging pages for speedy deletion[edit]

Hello, Escorban-Han,

Before you tag any more pages for speedy deletion, please review Criteria for Speedy Deletion. The criteria for speedy deletion are very limited and must be immediately obvious to any patrolling administrator. Articles that are referenced and appear substantial should be subject to a deletion discussion where the Wikipedia community can consider your argument for deletion. Consider whether AFD or PRODding an article are a better deletion tool.

If you have questions about the deletion process or editing on Wikipedia, please visit the Teahouse. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 02:59, 19 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Talk! Hi Liz i am new to this. Could you nominate/propose on my behalf. If not i will just take my time to figure it out.

Like the Kingdom of Mora page, i searched the name on google nothing comes up and i looked at the sources used for it they don't say anything about it. Rest on the page like C.Fred was saying looks to be original research. Thank you.

Hello, I'm Materialscientist. I noticed that in this edit to Sub-Saharan Africa, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Materialscientist (talk) 17:44, 19 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Materialscientist Sorry.

I don't know how that happened, i wasn't trying to remove any content. I was trying to restore just the missing content in the introduction and not interrupt anything else. But thanx for restoring it.Escorban-Han (talk) 17:59, 19 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I have removed the {{proposed deletion/dated}} tag from Muzaffarids (Somalia), which you proposed for deletion, because its deletion has previously been contested or viewed as controversial. Proposed deletion is not for controversial deletions. For this reason, proposed deletion is disallowed on articles that have previously been de-prodded, even by the page's creator, or which have previously been listed on Wikipedia:Articles for deletion. If you still think the article should be deleted, please don't add the {{proposed deletion}} template back to the article, but feel free to list it at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion. Thanks! —C.Fred (talk) 00:01, 22 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked as a sockpuppet[edit]

Stop icon
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abusing multiple accounts as a sockpuppet of User:Ragnimo per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Ragnimo. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Cabayi (talk) 18:16, 2 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
