The article Bibliodiversity has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Wikipedia:NOTDICT

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. • Hi Etienne, if you are set to keep the Bibliodiversity article on the English Wikipedia, you must understand that each language version has their own guidelines for what can be included and what not. So being accepted on the Spanish or French Wikipedia, doesn't automatically mean that the article is also accepted on the English Wikipedia. I am going to put some tags on the article; if you address those you have a solid chance that the article will be kept (I will not bring it forward for deletion if you take care of these points) while improving the article. It would also help if more editors get involved with it so if you know others, ask them to help you in the effort. --DeVerm (talk) 14:34, 23 July 2011 (UTC).[reply]
  • Hi DeVerm. I just read your message. I understand, of course, that each version of Wikipedia has its own rules; but the fact that the article exists on other languages (and was fully accepted) can't play against an english version either, don't you think so? By the way, I will read carefully your tags, and try my best to improve the article. But, please, give me some time: I am not always on line. All the best. • Sure, I'll just keep a watch on the article. When you take care of a point raised with the tags, you can delete that tag. --DeVerm (talk) 19:13, 23 July 2011 (UTC).[reply]
  • Regarding a possible "conflict of interest", I can assure you that my involvement for the protection and promotion of the bibliodiversity is totaly non profitable! I added a sentence on my profil just to precise this point. Maybe it wasn't clear enough. Etienne GALLIAND (talk) 18:17, 23 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • The reason for the tag is that you have been the only contributor of the article and that this article is (almost) the only article ever worked on by your account... see WP:SPA --DeVerm (talk) 19:13, 23 July 2011 (UTC).[reply]
  • Oh, all right, I didn't understand the point. It's true that is my first article in English (but I produced some in French). I will try to have other contributors. Etienne GALLIAND (talk) 19:30, 23 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Hello DeVerm. We improved the Bibliodiversity article. Could you please check it to see if it fits for you? Thanks a lot for your help! Best regards. Etienne GALLIAND (talk) 14:21, 2 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
