Hello, Everythingyouknow. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Oxford Media and Business School".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. Legacypac (talk) 08:30, 6 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked[edit]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for undisclosed paid editing in violation of Wikipedia's Terms of Use, and because this account appears to be a shared role account.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Yunshui  07:58, 15 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I think the account has been deleted because I requested a new username and password - 15 October 2019[edit]

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. MER-C 13:57, 12 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Due to my own misunderstanding please could I ask my unblock request rejection be reviewed[edit]

Request reason:

I think that I have caused confusion due to my own misunderstandings. I created the account when I started in my new job last year on 1 October 2018. I appreciate that it was a very long time of inactivity but when I wanted to start work on the page I saw that there was a note on my talk page dated 6 April 2019 saying that my "draft has been nominated for deletion" due to such a long period of inactivity. Unfortunately, I didn't see this until 15 October. As I had created the page in haste last October with a strange username and password I thought this might be a good time to tidy things up by requesting a new username and password that would be more appropriate. When I returned to the page I noticed the big red notice saying that I "have been deleted indefinitely from editing for undisclosed paid editing". I have researched this result on your guidelines page and realise that this might have occurred because I am an employee of the article. When I set up the account I didn't realise that there was a procedure that needed to be followed. Should I add this code to the talk page. Is it completed correctly? As you can see I am a bit confused and want to make sure that I do the right thing.Everythingyouknow (talk) 10:32, 19 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Procedural decline only. This unblock request has been open for more than two weeks but has not proven sufficient for any reviewing administrator to take action. You are welcome to request a new block review if you substantially reword your request. Yamla (talk) 13:49, 24 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I want to add this contributor code to my account[edit]

Additional information for my unblock request. I have give the connected contributor code incorrectly[edit]

Request reason:

I have been blocked for connected contributor reasons. Please see the thread above. I have two problems. Problem 1. I want to add the connected contributor code to my user page as above. I added my actual name as User1=. To follow best practice for safety and privacy on the internet I don't want to be identified by the wider public. I think I should have stuck to Everythingyouknow. Is there any way I can change this? I want to make sure that I fulfil the connected contributor rules exactly. Problem 2. I cannot add this code myself at this time because "Wikipedia does not have a user page with this exact name".

Decline reason:

Only one open unblock request at a time, please. SQLQuery me! 05:18, 10 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Continuing my unblock request review[edit]

Hello. I am so sorry to keep trying to contact you. I am in a very difficult situation. Here is the timeline which will hopefully help you understand my problem.

1 Oct 2018 - I created a page with the username: Everythingyouknow. I made a start with the content but then didn't return to the page until 15 October 2019. 6 April 2019 - during that time my "draft page has been nominated for deletion. If you wish to retrieve it you can request undeletion." 15 October 2019 - I requested undeletion and asked if I could change the username to something more appropriate. I am working on this page on behalf of my employer. 15 October 2019 - Ynshui blocked my page indefinitely for "undisclosed paid editing". In error, and from a lack of understanding of how the system worked, I hadn't added the appropriate contributor code within the page. 12 November 2019 - I sent a request to remove the block which was declined 19 November 2019 - I responded to the unblock request explaining that I now understood the error and I wanted to correct it as required under the Wiki rules 20 November 2019 - I tried to add the contributor code giving my User1= as my real name in error. I realise that this is not what contributors normally do and I am concerned that my personal name is now attached as a user. I am not sure if I understand this correctly. 20 November 2019 - I tried to continue to work on my page but Everythingyouknow now has the message saying that "Wikipedia does not have a user page with this exact title. You are currently unable to edit Wikipedia. Editing from Everythingyouknow has been blocked by Yunshui" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Yunshui. 21 November 2019 - I am trying to contact Yunshui to continue my correspondence but I am not able to email him as there is "no user page with this exact title" and so I am unable to access this facility.

I am totally at a loss as to how to proceed. Please could someone help me.

Thank you (Everythingyouknow (talk) 10:05, 21 November 2019 (UTC))[reply]
