Request reason:

I was blocked for sockpuppeting about a year ago. Anyways, my IP recently changed so I came back because thought I was unblocked. I made a series of good faith edits when I was blocked again because it was sockpuppet. I'd like to note that I did not abuse sockpuppets under my EverybodyHatesChris account but merely made good faith edits unaware that it was wrong to have two accounts. Anyways when I argued that, the admin just reblocked me accusing me of incivility
