Uploading images[edit]

How can I upload a logo to the article I'm creating? Thanks, --Exserair (talk) 16:23, 6 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

You do that by uploading an image file to the Wikimedia Commons, then linking to the file. Note that there are legal restrictions on uploading images. Instructions can be found at Help:Files. --Footwarrior (talk) 16:33, 6 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I need help![edit]

How do I know if the article I just submitted is ok? Thanks, --Exserair (talk) 22:44, 6 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

There are no reliable sources, such as news articles, magazines, books, etc. (Facebook, Twitter, etc. are not reliable), so I would say that it is not OK. In addition, I think that the subject is not nearly notable enough for Wikipedia's scope--it takes place at a high school, and has received almost no significant coverage at all. I am moving it back into your userspace as it would likely not survive speedy deletion even right now. fetch·comms 22:47, 6 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

{{helpme}} And what about this article? it is about the exact same topic, but in spanish. It's even a smaller event. http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thomas_Jefferson_Model_United_Nations Thanks, --Exserair (talk) 23:11, 6 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

That's not the English Wikipedia; they have different policies. But also, WP:OTHERSTUFFEXISTS. Feel free to ask for deletion over there if you want. fetch·comms 23:17, 6 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
