Peer Review[edit]

After reading the Avian malaria article, I have a bit of feedback for areas in the article that could use some modification.

The section Cause has some phrasing that could be considered misleading. For example, "most notably" doesn't communicate a clear meaning. The reader can't tell if it is referencing frequency, mortality, infamy, etc.

The second paragraph in Disease Process and Epidemiology requires more citations in the second paragraph. If all those data points were recovered from the same source cited at the end then more credit needs to be given to that source or fewer specifics should be listed to not risk taking too much information from one source in an article.

The whole section of Control needs citations provided. You could also provide information on how avian malaria is being managed in captive avian populations.

Overall, there is a lot of good information throughout the article and it does a good job relaying that there are multiple causes of Avian malaria, but some clarification would make the article stronger.
