renaming geographic articles

Hi Fadesga, I see you are renaming some articles, to Name, Department. If the Name is not in use elsewhere, or if there is not a more important known use, we are not supposed to do such moves. Just wanted to let you know. Hoverfish Talk 20:25, 21 August 2013 (UTC)

I see now you made a dab page for El Tesoro, which is very good, but even so, I think the rule is the first use gets the name and unless there is a primary topic which should take the name later, we keep it so. Hoverfish Talk 20:34, 21 August 2013 (UTC)
