@Faisalishqbznd and @ Group29 Hello and sorry for the delay in response. Group29, I don't understand your question about whether I intended that "...this user be deleted?" While I don't recall the exact content of the Userpage in question I would have remembered if it had anything blatantly disruptive. No need to block unless a user clearly demonstrates a case of WP:NOTHERE.

I patrol account creation and often find newly registered editors with Userpages that contain full resumes, detailed personal biographies, musings on life philosophies, tributes to a deceased loved one, or just stuff they found on the internet. These were not written to cause mischief but nonetheless that's not what Userpages are for, thus the CSD nomination. If the page looked like musings and fan observations about one's favorite cricket team then it would met WP:CSD U5 The deleting administrator would not have blanked it had they disagreed.

If this was intended to be work in progress, have you considered using the "deleting administrator" link above and asking that it be "userfied"? The page would be reinstated as a draft article.
