Hi Fernando, first you need to determine which should be the name of the article: it could be either of the current names or a new one altogether. It appears that the preferences is for Cayo Sila Godoy. Procedures for merging can be found here: Help:Merging and moving pages. Just writing to say that you are doing a great job in Paraguay-related articles. Yo tambien soy de Paraguay y me pone muy contento que estes creando articulos sobre gente importante del Paraguay y de geografia. Si tienes preguntas o necesitas ayuda en cualquier cosa avisame porque la verdad que el contenido de Paraguay en Wikipedia es muy inferior comparado a otros paises sudamericanos. Referente al tema de las traducciones que yo sepa no hay ningun criterio, es mas, algunos articulos que yo escribi los saque de otras wikipedias en otros lenguajes. Hi. Yes you can rate importance yourself. The precise guidelines are at Wikipedia:WikiProject South America/Assessment, just remeber that it's in terms of Paraguay for the Paraguay sub-project.
