How do you sign when replying?

Hi Fhenle, may I check how you sign off when replying? Do you type out ~~~~ by pressing ~ on your keyboard four times? As I noticed that couple of times, your signature formatting is broken and not rendering properly. — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 12:55, 26 August 2023 (UTC)

Having not edited a Wikipedia article in some time, I AM adjusting to this project. Also yesterday edited my user name. Currently it is all lower case. I fear I am not properly affixing my signature. In replying to your welcome, I did press ~ four times and will do this again at the end of this reply. I admire the lovely pink balloon that contains your signature. @Fhenle Okay looks like you edited your signature through Special:Preferences however there is syntax error. Your current signature is showing as [[User: fhenle|fhenle]]]] which contains extra ]] hence causing formatting/rendering issues. In addition, also noting that your current signature is missing a talk link which is required so other editors can contact you as WP:Communication is required. Can you go to Special:Preferences by clicking this link and copy/paste this code [[User:fhenle|fhenle]] ([[User talk:fhenle|talk]]) into the textbox and scroll down to save the changes.
