Ok, I'm not going to block the other account seeing as you've already indicated that you won't do it again, but ... just don't - okay? - Alison 17:43, 7 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on It's Album Time requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a musical recording which does not indicate why its subject is important or significant, and where the artist's article has never existed, has been deleted or is eligible for deletion itself. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for music.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Disambiguation link notification for April 1[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited It's Album Time, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Electronic (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

October 2017[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Zackmann08. Thank you for your recent contributions to Carla's Song. I noticed that when you added the image to the infobox, you added it as a thumbnail. In the future, please do not use thumbnails when adding images to an infobox (see WP:INFOBOXIMAGE). What does this mean? Well in the infobox, when you specify the image you wish to use, instead of doing it like this:

|image=[[File:SomeImage.jpg|thumb|Some image caption]]

Instead just supply the name of the image. So in this case you can simply do:

|image=SomeImage.jpg.

There will then be a separate parameter for the image caption such as |caption=Some image caption. Please note that this is a generic form message I am leaving on your page because you recently added a thumbnail to an infobox. The specific parameters for the image and caption may be different for the infobox you are using! Please consult the Template page for the infobox being used to see better documentation. Thanks! Carla's Song[edit]

Hi, thank you for your work on Carla's Song. I have various concerns about this.

Firstly, your posting of the film poster to c:File:Carla's song.jpg is a clear copyright violation, and I have nominated it for deletion. Your classification of the image with c:Category:Fair use images of movie posters indicates that you had intended it as a fair use image, but fair use images are not allowed on Commons, see c:Commons:Fair use. However, fair use images are allowed on Wikipedia (Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons are different things). You can upload images to Wikipedia using Wikipedia:File Upload Wizard. You would need to add a fair-use rationale to for image, see Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline. You could use File:The Cruel Sea Film Poster.jpg as a model, or other files in Category:Fair use images of movie posters.

My second concern if that the article is inadequately sourced, and your recent changes have not improved this. See Wikipedia:Citing sources. Some of the material may have been based on IMDb (here). Most citations of IMDb are considered unreliable. Wikipedia:Citing IMDb says "much of its database content is user contributed with minimal and unstated editorial oversight by IMDb staff". However, if you base your edits on IMDb then you should cite it as the source of your contribution, ideally using {{cite web}}.

Thirdly, your addition to the synopsis section is very close paraphrase of the IMDb synopsis (here), see this comparison. You should rewrite material from external sources in your own words. You have modified the IMDb text slightly, but in my view it is too close and could be judged to be plagarism, see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing.
