February 2011[edit]

Please stop adding unreferenced controversial biographical content to articles or any other Wikipedia page. Content of this nature could be regarded as defamatory and is in violation of Wikipedia policy. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. You cannot just add "LGBT advocacy" categories to articles without proper sourcing in the articles themselves. Categories are blunt instruments and in respect of living people, require scrupulous sourcing. So I suggest you stop doing that unless you also add reliable sources for this to their articles. Adding category "gay actors" to biographies[edit]

Hi- you are adding this category en masse. example. Is this out of retaliation for the issues on your talk page? In any case, please explain before adding that category any more. You are doing so on pages with no indication of the sexuality of the individuals, it should not be done unless there are solid sources indicating the individual is gay. tedder (talk) 11:31, 8 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
