Warnings, and permissions, and copyright

Hi, just a note that the warning that was placed here earlier today was placed mistakenly. An administrator will consider your request at Wikipedia:Requests for permissions/Confirmed in due course.

On the subject of coins copyright, I see some Canadian coins are uploaded under fair use criteria as for example here, although that one's fair use rationale doesn't look very detailed to me, and may or may not stand up to scrutiny.

Canadian coins themselves are copyrighted (see here), and for some images of coins (where the image is taken by someone else other than yourself), copyright may also exist in the image itself (short explanation here).
