Hi, just wondering if you meant to be removing the |cinema= classification from such pages as here, here and here.

The parameter |cinema=, within the WP:Japan template, refers to the Japanese cinema task force, and so is distinct from |filmbio-work-group within the Bio template (i.e. WikiProject Actors and Filmmakers).—Msmarmalade (talk) 07:19, 1 August 2014 (UTC)

I understand the difference between the parameters, and yes it was intentional. {{WikiProject Film}} does not cover biography articles such as actors and filmmakers, those articles are covered by adding |filmbio-work-group=yes to {{WikiProject Biography}} instead. This applies to all of the film task forces as well. The Japanese cinema task force is not the only one that uses |cinema=yes, and of the others that do, none of them include that parameter on biography articles. Plus, that task force specifically states that it is about "domestic films, but also films made by Japanese filmmakers outside of the region, films produced or co-produced by Japanese companies, and foreign films shooting within Japan". Those are all articles about films, and should include the |cinema=yes parameter. However, it does not include articles about Japanese actors, directors and filmmakers, because those articles should NOT have the {{WikiProject Film}} banner on their talk pages, and consequently should not have the |cinema=yes parameter on the {{WikiProject Japan}} banner. FAC for xx (album)

Hi! Would you care to review or comment on my FA nomination of the article xx (album)? The review page has been inactive this past week, so another reviewer's input would be greatly appreciated. Cheers! Dan56 (talk) 05:43, 19 September 2014 (UTC)

Not sure why you're asking me, since I am hardly familiar with the subject matter of that article. Can't promise that I will comment, but I will take a look. Fortdj33 (talk) 12:29, 18 September 2014 (UTC)
Ook, well familiarity with the content isn't a requirement or anything. It was because you're an experienced editor whose contributed to music-related articles, among other media-related articles. And you happened to show up on my articles watchlist, so a degree of randomness seemed appropriate when soliciting comments lol. Dan56 (talk) 05:43, 19 September 2014 (UTC)

B to C

Hi -- I just saw that you changed the rating on Out of This World Adventures from C to B, with an edit summary saying that it hadn't been checked against the criteria for B class. I was a bit surprised, since I thought B was a grade that anyone could assign, without a formal review. I've asked a question about this at the assessments talk page, and wanted to let you know about the discussion. I don't really mind the revert, so I'm not objecting; I'm just curious to know if standard practice has changed (or perhaps I'm wrong and B has always required a formal review). Thanks -- Mike Christie (talk - contribs - library) 12:33, 9 October 2014 (UTC)

Request for reclassifying the Ghost Messenger article

Dear Fortdj33,

Could you please consider classifying the article Ghost Messenger again? After a series of edits done on my own, a bot has already classified that it is now not a stub anymore and deleted the stub mention from the main page, but the Talk page still states this article is a stub.

Thank you in advance..!!!

Mister Smile review

Are you sure that Mister Smile doesn't meet C-class? Since it's a short film, the article really doesn't need much info, and since it's a relatively obscure short film, there's not a lot of info out there to add. I've more or less covered everything there is to cover. I'm not sure that the minimal info available should be an obstacle for the article being promoted, since Lupo the Butcher is only a tiny bit longer and has made it to GA. --Jpcase (talk) 15:31, 3 November 2014 (UTC)

While that may be true, all of the sub-categories in Category:Film stubs by country are categorized by that country's films, that country's stubs, and sorted into categories for the area of the world that country is from. Categorization by language should be indicated on each individual film article, not on the stub category. Fortdj33 (talk) 14:06, 12 November 2014 (UTC)

Merry Christmas!

I'm wishing you a Merry Christmas, because that is what I celebrate. If you don't like Christmas or just don't celebrate it in any of its forms, then please accept a generic "Happy Holidays". If you celebrate no holidays at this time of year, then hopefully you will be satisfied with an even more generic "Season's Greetings".  :)

Documentary redirect

Please don't undo my work without discussion. I can't see why this wouldn't be a valid Documentary film redirect. Shawn in Montreal (talk) 17:37, 26 December 2014 (UTC)

With all due respect, no one is required to run things by you before editing Wikipedia. My edit was nothing personal against you, and was certainly not intended to "undo your work". So while I appreciate the work that you are doing with documentary films, please do not start to develop a sense of ownership over the project... Fortdj33 (talk) 17:52, 26 December 2014 (UTC)
Asking another editor to work through consensus is not ownership. Shawn in Montreal (talk) 18:01, 26 December 2014 (UTC)
That's not what you did though. Instead of trying to reach a consensus on the article talk page, or the discussion page of the project, you personally told me not to undo your work, both on my talk page and in the edit summary. That is showing possessiveness, which borders on ownership, whether you agree with me or not. So again, please try to be a little more objective, and not take things so personally. Fortdj33 (talk) 18:09, 26 December 2014 (UTC)

Kannada films

Yes there are a lot of infobox-only stubs, but rather than prodding them why not create a lead sentence and tag as unref? The editor who created them has been indef blocked, so won't be adding any more! PamD 17:34, 30 December 2014 (UTC)

Personally, I see nothing wrong with prodding such articles. Topics with inadequate evidence of notability should be removed if no one's going to fix them in a timely manner, and I see no reason to burden editors with attempting to clean up junk articles on topics they have no interest in. —BarrelProof (talk) 15:24, 27 April 2015 (UTC)

Kannada language films

Hi, I found most of the films fall in the category Category:Kannada-language_films, but no in the respective decade category like in other languages. can I add the category to the kannada films where the decade category is missing?. Vaidyasr (talk) 16:37, 16 January 2015 (UTC)

Yes, the decade categories would be preferable to the parent Category:Kannada-language films, but all Kannada films should have one or the other. Fortdj33 (talk) 16:44, 16 January 2015 (UTC)
Thank you, but I found in most of the films contains both XX-language films as well as the decade category. The film can't have both?. Vaidyasr (talk) 16:48, 16 January 2015 (UTC)
Sure it can, but now that you've created the decade categories, it's a little redundant for the same article to be in both... Fortdj33 (talk) 16:49, 16 January 2015 (UTC)
Thank you. What do you suggest?. leave as it is, replace the Kannada-language films with decade category, or keep both. Totally there are 1100+ films to be categorized. Vaidyasr (talk) 20:08, 20 January 2015 (UTC)
Personally, now that the decade categories have been created, I think that they should take precedence over the parent category. But there's no harm in leaving it the way that it is. Fortdj33 (talk) 13:08, 21 January 2015 (UTC)
Hello, I have removed the redundent category, 'Kannada-language films' and added '19xxs-Kannada language films' but still it shows under 'Kannada-language films'. Any clue?. For example Baddi Bangaramma. Vaidyasr (talk) 17:24, 24 January 2015 (UTC)
The parent category is populated by the {{Infobox film}} template. Therefore, as long as it contains "language = Kannada", the article will remain in Category:Kannada-language films. Fortdj33 (talk) 17:27, 24 January 2015 (UTC)

Thank you. But if you see Bangari (1963 film), it has infobox template, but it doesn't have 'Kannada-language films' category. Vaidyasr (talk) 17:41, 24 January 2015 (UTC)

Now it does. Apparently the template doesn't recognize redirects, but correcting the capitalization on "language" populated the category. Fortdj33 (talk) 17:44, 24 January 2015 (UTC)
Thank you. I think I have created so far with 'Kannada Language' instead of 'Kannada language'. Can I fix those too? so that it will auto populate 'Kannada language films' category?. Vaidyasr (talk) 17:47, 24 January 2015 (UTC)

Indian film directors

Hello, the category says the article should be moved to the sub-categories wherever possible, but all articles remain in the main Category:Indian film directors. So to move the directors to the right sub category, do I need to request somewhere or can I do it by myself?. Thank you. Vaidyasr (talk) 16:57, 16 January 2015 (UTC)

If an article would fit better into one of the subcategories, then by all means feel free to change it yourself. Otherwise, the article should probably remain in the parent category. Fortdj33 (talk) 17:01, 16 January 2015 (UTC)

Slumdog_Millionaire

Hello, do you have revert rights?. If yes please revert the Slumdog_Millionaire article, as it has been vandalized by someone and the infobox content totally changed. Vaidyasr (talk) 13:43, 26 January 2015 (UTC)

Damion Scott Infobox photo discussion

Hi. Damion Scott has taken issue with the photo in his article. He previously demanded that I replace it with one that I thought inferior to the one already in the Infobox, and has now replaced with a third one of his own. In the interest of WP:CONSENSUS, can you offer your opinion on this? Thanks again. Nightscream (talk) 19:26, 2 February 2015 (UTC)

About your (non)participation in the January 2012 SOPA vote

Hi, Fortdj33. I am Piotr Konieczny (User:Piotrus), you may know me as an active content creator (see my userpage), but I am also a professional researcher of Wikipedia. Recently I published a paper (downloadable here) on reasons editors participated in Wikipedia's biggest vote to date (January 2012 WP:SOPA). I am now developing a supplementary paper, which analyzes why many editors did not take part in that vote. Which is where you come in :) You are a highly active Wikipedian (33rd to be exact), and you were active back during the January 2012 discussion/voting for the SOPA, yet you did not chose to participate in said vote. I'd appreciate it if you could tell me why was that so? For your convenience, I prepared a short survey at meta, which should not take more than a minute of your time. I would dearly appreciate you taking this minute; not only as a Wikipedia researcher but as a fellow content creator and concerned member of the community (I believe your answers may help us eventually improve our policies and thus, the project's governance). PS. If you chose to reply here (on your userpage), please WP:ECHO me. Thank you! --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 16:21, 10 February 2015 (UTC)

about editing The Mango People page

There is another "The Mango people" which is a pakistani TV series and I want people to distinguish that from this. That's why I named it "The Mango People (2015 short-film)", but you moved it to just "The Mango People". Normally films are named "Movie Name(20xx film)". may I know why you changed it? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Navudt (talkcontribs) 20:24, 11 February 2015 (UTC)

Per WP:PRECISE, article titles should be "precise enough to unambiguously define the topical scope of the article, but no more precise than that". I understand where you're coming from, but currently there is not an article about the Pakistani TV series on Wikipedia. Since the film is the only article with that title, no further disambiguation is necessary. Once there is another article titled "The Mango People", then the disambiguation of "(film)" can be added to the title of the film article. Fortdj33 (talk) 21:54, 11 February 2015 (UTC)

Tower (film) in Whitman article

Greetings, Tower (film), was recently deleted from the Whitman article. Your name is associated with the creation of the stub article. It has been removed from the article, and should be removed from Wikipedia at this time. Reasons, it is not a finished project, the documentary maker is not notable at this time, the link provided asks for donations (that is considered spam by WP rules. When the documentary is completed and reviewed by the proper critics, it would then qualify. Please take note and remove the article, to prevent confusion on Wikipedia. The Gentleman

Because Gustav Fiers (The Gentleman) has not appeared in any Marvel comics, how does his page name deserve to have "comics" within the brackets? Kailash29792 (talk) 14:01, 3 March 2015 (UTC)

Whether he has appeared in comic books yet or not, he is still a Marvel Comics character, and therefore is subject to the same naming conventions as all other Marvel characters, per WP:NCC. Fortdj33 (talk) 14:10, 3 March 2015 (UTC)
Then the same should apply for Wolverine, who is also a Marvel creation. Kailash29792 (talk) 14:24, 3 March 2015 (UTC)
There has been much debate about the disambiguation for Wolverine, but he is an exception because his comic book has its own article. Fortdj33 (talk) 14:40, 3 March 2015 (UTC)

Stubs

Thanks for catching those mistakes. I've been trying to address the backlog of VG articles mislabeled as stubs, but the volume and speed at which I'm working increase the chance of error. Not every snap judgment will be on point, sadly. Keep up the good work. JimmyBlackwing (talk) 18:45, 9 April 2015 (UTC)

"character" fails to disambiguate. Someone who now types in "Jack Spratt (" in the search box will see two candidates, the "character" and the "fictional detective" and may well conclude the "character" means the character other than the fictional detective.

If there's more to discuss, use either of the two Jack Spratt talk pages. The f.d. one is for all time, the c. one is presumably doomed to disappear. Choor monster (talk) 14:17, 17 April 2015 (UTC)

Another move contrary to RM

I note that you just moved Cytherea (pornographic actress) to Cytherea (actress) in a manner that is directly contrary to an RM that just closed this month. That seems quite improper, especially since you were notified above by In ictu oculi that the same type of action, also performed this month, was not appropriate for your similar move of Jill Kelly (pornographic actress) to Jill Kelly (actress). This seems disruptive. Perhaps it was just an error. If so, you should really be more careful about checking for RMs before moving articles. —BarrelProof (talk) 15:24, 27 April 2015 (UTC)

Sorry, I was not trying to be disruptive, I didn't realize there had been a RM on that article before. I was just cleaning up unnecessary disambiguation on articles in Category:American female pornographic film actors, where almost all of the articles that require disambiguation simply use "(actress)". Per other recent RMs, such as those for Aja, Chloe and Savannah, there's no need for additional disambiguation on articles for pornographic film actresses, unless there's another article for an actress with the same name. Fortdj33 (talk) 15:34, 27 April 2015 (UTC)
There is a longstanding consensus that pornographic actors have the (pornographic actor) dab as described in books. A few recent RMs have overturned that, the majority of recent RMs have upheld describing as reliable sources. Please use the RM mechanism if you wish to challenge existing consensus. Thank you In ictu oculi (talk) 16:40, 27 April 2015 (UTC)

Renaming article on Heatwave!

The movie was released under that name, and it is listed as such on the disambiguation page. Therefore, your renaming of the article was inappropriate. Now you have introduced unnecessary confusion. Goatbladder (talk) 21:10, 8 May 2015 (UTC)

With all due respect, I'm not the one who introduced the confusion. The article was moved twice after I moved it, to titles that do not follow the proper naming conventions. The title should be Heatwave! (1974 film), which is proper disambiguation per WP:NCF and WP:NCTV. Fortdj33 (talk) 21:49, 8 May 2015 (UTC)

AWB created Talk pages

I see you've created loads of stub Talk pages. Has there been discussion on the benefits of doing this? Batternut (talk) 16:58, 18 May 2015 (UTC)

I'm not sure that I understand the question. Yes, I have added project banners to the talk pages of Stub-Class articles, so that they can be included in the appropriate WikiProjects. Why would you question the benefit of that? Fortdj33 (talk) 17:01, 18 May 2015 (UTC)
My question was simply whether there had been discussion about creating pages en-mass. I'm thinking of the new talk pages for stub articles, for example Winnie the Witch (comics), Visionbooks. The benefit for me isn't immediately obvious. Batternut (talk) 18:31, 18 May 2015 (UTC)
Sorry if I misunderstood. I don't know of any discussions about mass productions of talk pages, but if that is something you're interested in, I'm sure that a bot could be created to do that. AWB is also a useful tool for making large numbers of edits that could be considered monotonous or repetitive. And when someone uses AWB to add WikiProject banners to a talk page where none exists, it creates a talk page for that article by default. The benefit is that once an article is included is a related WikiProject, members of that project should monitor and try to improve the article. The WikiProject banners also help classify the article's status and importance in the project. Hope that helps! Fortdj33 (talk) 18:45, 18 May 2015 (UTC)
Yes, that does help! I hadn't explored the WikiProject pages before. Thanks. Batternut (talk) 10:31, 19 May 2015 (UTC)

A-Force

Hello, regarding the inclusion of A-Force at Template:Avengers publications and List of Avengers members. Should it be included in Related publications and Other teams? Or as a regular Avengers publication / team? I am asking because while it debuted as part of Battleworld in the "Secret Wars" event, it is marketed as full fledged Avengers title and is scheduled to continue beyond "Secret War".--TriiipleThreat (talk) 17:12, 3 June 2015 (UTC)

I would leave it in Related publications and Other teams for now. It will probably need to be moved eventually, but it remains to be seen how A-Force will fit in the the other Avengers publications, if they are brought back once Secret Wars is over. Fortdj33 (talk) 17:23, 3 June 2015 (UTC)

Thanks for restoring the templates but the page histories are backwards. The history for Template:Uncanny Avengers is at Template:West Coast Avengers and vice-versa. Perhaps we can do some sort of WP:HISTMERGE?--TriiipleThreat (talk) 16:40, 2 July 2015 (UTC)
Also the history of Template:Peggy Carter is at Template:Avengers West Coast.--TriiipleThreat (talk) 16:46, 2 July 2015 (UTC)
Not sure how to get the histories for those templates back to the proper template, but they definitely should not have been moved without a consensus. Fortdj33 (talk) 16:53, 2 July 2015 (UTC)
I've tagged each to hopefully fix this. As I said at the Comics project, next time you should be able to just move the templates back if this happens. Once this is fixed, we can properly create a West Coast Avengers template if one is appropriate. - Favre1fan93 (talk) 17:03, 2 July 2015 (UTC)
And again, I'm sorry if I created a problem with the histories, I was just trying to restore the contents of the templates, because Haleth had changed them to {{West Coast Avengers}}. Fortdj33 (talk) 17:06, 2 July 2015 (UTC)
It should be okay, but I do believe that after they moved the template, there should not have been impending edits to block the move back, so that would have fixed it. But I think I have the templates added correctly to restore it. We'll all have to just keep an eye on it to make sure. - Favre1fan93 (talk) 17:09, 2 July 2015 (UTC)

I also submitted both templates at WP:RM, to correspond with your speedy deletion of the ones I restored. Fortdj33 (talk) 17:19, 2 July 2015 (UTC)

Decade stubs

Why are you removing the decade based stubs? Again? How many more times do you have to be told about this? Lugnuts Dick Laurent is dead 14:00, 8 July 2015 (UTC)

I still maintain that decade based stub tags are only necessary, when a stub category is too large, and needs to be diffused by decade. If a genre of stubs has a more specific stub tag, it is redundant to have 2 stub tags from the same genre on an article, especially when several of the decade categories are overpopulated (such as Category:2000s drama film stubs). However, I realize your reasons for opposing this, so if you want to add decade stub tags back to the articles that you watch, I understand. Fortdj33 (talk) 14:13, 8 July 2015 (UTC)

Sorry. The German stub tag was my mistake, so I removed it. But regardless of the article's potential for expansion, it is still a Stub-Class article, and should be tagged as such, until there's enough content for the classification to be updated. Fortdj33 (talk) 20:18, 31 July 2015 (UTC)

Just so you know, Draft talk pages are automatically put into the Draft class so the actual class isn't needed. I generally prefer to keep it blank because if the article's moved to article space, the page will automatically be unassessed. -- Ricky81682 (talk) 01:23, 23 October 2015 (UTC)

I understand that, but for those of us that monitor the quality logs and tables for WikiProjects, it's better to have articles assessed properly, so that they don't create a separate line on the quality log. The article can always be reassessed when it is moved to article space. Fortdj33 (talk) 01:31, 23 October 2015 (UTC)

The Silver Horde

"Alaska-stub is for articles about Alaska, not for films that happen to be set in Alaska."

I understand that. However, I see plenty of connections to Alaska in what little useful content the article contains. It's obvious that there are plenty of Rex Beach fanboys on Wikipedia willing to fill articles with their gushing adoration, even when it comes at the expense of covering the real-life events which inspired Beach; note how Nome Gold Rush and many related articles have been turned into coatracks for the "franchise" spawned by The Spoilers. Did it ever occur to you that usage of stub templates may possibly alert editors who may have access to resources which aren't necessarily topic-centric and which could reasonably improve the article? Unless the objective here is to strictly limit this to being yet another by-the-numbers exercise. If I wanted that, I could just go to a craft store or toy store and buy a painting set and accomplish about the same thing. Just from looking at this talk page and not perusing any further, I sense that I'm addressing yet another topical provincialist who is here to build islands rather than build bridges, but I'd rather leave such explanations up to you. Avengers

Hi! I don't tolerate, "I don't have a reason I'm just gonna revert anyways 'cause I don't like it so you should go to talk page just because I said" and I never will.Cebr1979 (talk) 21:34, 7 December 2015 (UTC)

My reason for reverting you wasn't because I "don't like it", it was because your POV editing goes against the reference that is cited in the article! I thought I had made that clear in my edit summary, but per WP:BRD, the civil response would have been for you to discuss it on the talk page once you were reverted, not enter into an edit war, and then scold me on my talk page. That is uncivil behavior, and something that I will not tolerate... Fortdj33 (talk) 21:43, 7 December 2015 (UTC)
I didn't mean it in an uncivil way, I simply gave you two valid reasons why the edit made sense and you hid behind "BRD talk page okay?" and a ref that doesn't explain anything.Cebr1979 (talk) 21:49, 7 December 2015 (UTC)
That reference has been in effect for almost 5 years. Just because you don't agree with it, doesn't mean that you can change the article to suit your POV. And again, the place to discuss this is on the talk page of the article, not on my talk page... Fortdj33 (talk) 21:54, 7 December 2015 (UTC)
I haven't been discussing the article here, I've been discussing your nonsensical reverting and this is the proper place to discuss that. The article talk page discussion has been started, can't wait to see you there.Cebr1979 (talk) 22:08, 7 December 2015 (UTC)
Sorry if you feel that my edits are "nonsensical", but I don't appreciate you coming to my talk page to pick a fight, by saying that you "don't tolerate" them. Civility means that you should comment on the content, not on the contributor. Glad to see that you have finally decided to do that on the talk page of the article... Requesting to update the quality scale rating of Kanal (2015 film).--Charles Turing (talk) 16:47, 3 January 2016 (UTC)

Please explain

This reversion. The expression "Christmas Time" is in use to designate the time zone in question, and should therefore appear in the disambiguation page. Urhixidur (talk) 18:41, 4 February 2016 (UTC)

That disambiguation page is for articles with the specific title "Christmas Time". Please see MOS:DAB. Fortdj33 (talk) 17:22, 5 February 2016 (UTC)
That statement is too strong. The main function of disambiguation pages is to "help a reader find Wikipedia articles on different topics that could be referenced by the same search term". Granted, in this case there is no separate article on Christmas Island Time (a.k.a. Christmas Time) but we do have a redirection from the first to a subsection of the Time in Australia page. You're not doing the readers any favour by having such a restricted reading of MOS:DAB. Urhixidur (talk) 17:45, 11 February 2016 (UTC)

Help with a new documentary article

Howdy. I could use some help getting an article over the goal line, so to speak. It's been rejected twice, but I think the current draft meets all criteria in terms of notability, reliable secondary sources, and encyclopedic description. It has some of the top leaders in healthcare featured in the film as well as celebrities like Dennis Quaid and Sully Sullenberger. It's widely known and respected, especially in the medical and healthcare worlds. This is the current draft Draft:Surfing_the_Healthcare_Tsunami:_Bring_Your_Best_Board. Any help would be appreciated. Lady Jaye G.I. Joe

Hello Fortdj33 I add the info of lady jaye her team up with Captain Grid-Iron 4 times and especially in the epiosde Pigskin commandos she saves Captain Grid-Iron and the end up going on date with him. I know this details because I watched the GI Joe Dic cartoon all of it... I hope can keep my edit thank you

DiC

Lady Jaye makes her first appearance as a member of the Slaughter's Marauders, wearing a blue version of her original uniform in the five part mini-series, Operation Dragonfire. She still uses her javelins as her primary weapon. As the regular season progressed, Lady Jaye’s personality began to change from her original version. She would be used in episodes paired with Captain Grid-Iron 4 times instead of Flint (he was not around at this time and comes around in the second season, but by that time Lady Jaye was dropped from the roster) in Pigskin commandos she saves Captain Grid-Iron and the end up going on date with him.

Zarana and Capt.Grid-Iron during their appearance in the GI Joe DIc cartoon

Dear Fortdj33,

why do you keep reverting my edit of Zarana during her appearance in GI Joe Dic cartoon after the mini series "Operation Dragon fire" she had the 4 major episodes "Nozone Conspiracy" , "Injustice and the Cobra way, "General Confusion along " The Mind Mangler" if you watched these episodes in cartoon you would know that by now so please hope we can to agreement to keep my change.

Dear Fortdj33
Again why do you keep reverting my edit for the G.I.Joe franchise and characters like Captain Grid-Iron most significant appearances were in the first-season of the DiC but if you watched the second season of Dic you will know that Grid-Iron was he was featured in a cameo episode "The Greatest Evil" sitting in the briefing room listing to Duke and being part of the G.I. Joe/Cobra Team up against the headmaster but his main episode was "Metal-Head's Reunion" where it was revealed that him and the Cobra officer Metal-Head both attended the same school.
kind regards
admin hasbro Sp — Preceding unsigned comment added by Hasbro sp (talkcontribs) 20:14, 1 October 2016 (UTC)
With all due respect, it is not necessary, or encyclopedic, to include information about every episode of the TV show that a character has appeared in, especially when that information is added with incorrect formatting, and poor grammar. I understand that your edits were made in good faith, but without proper reasoning to back them up, it is disruptive to continue re-adding it, just to suit your POV. Fortdj33 (talk) 20:38, 2 October 2016 (UTC)

How would you re-phrase that Capt.Grid-Iron info

Dear (Fortdj33), With all due respect, I understand but why would you think its poor grammar what I wrote that: "Grid-Iron was absent during season 2 but he was featured in a cameo episode "The Greatest Evil" sitting in the briefing room listing to Duke and being part of the G.I. Joe/Cobra Team up against headmaster but his main episode was "Metal-Head's Reunion" where it was revealed that him and the Cobra officer Metal-Head both attended the same school." In my opinion for a person that worked with Hasbro and Dc comics we must add even those small details for those characters.. How would you re-phrase the information that I added with correct formatting, and not poor grammar kind regrds Hasbro sp (talk —Preceding undated comment added 08:10, 3 October 2016 (UTC)

The point is, the information itself is simply unnecessary. I understand your reasoning for adding those small details, and it may be allowable on Zarana, since she has her own article. But Wikipedia is not an indiscriminate collection of information. So even if someone were to clean up the punctuation and grammar, it is still just trivia, and does not belong in an encyclopedia, especially for a minor character such as Capt. Grid-Iron.
