Horned Melon picture on Wikimedia Commons[edit]

Hi,

I would like to confirm copyright status for the following picture: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Horned_melon-01.png. I would appreciate it greatly if you could let me know if it has a creative commons license and the specific type of license.

Thank you, Chloe — Preceding unsigned comment added by 14.200.128.251 (talk) 09:36, 5 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Chloe,

Apologies for the late reply I don't log on to Wikipedia much these days... If I understand your question correctly, yes, I can confirm I took the photo of the horned melon (Kiwano as it's called here) and it is free for use by anyone for any purpose, at least that's what I intended setting the usage rights to. I was going to offer a higher quality version of the image but can't find the original photo of the whole melon though I do still have a photo of the melon cut in half, should you want the photo.
