I have been blocked with no evidence and it's totally on presumptions. It's not fair!

What nonsense. It is not possible for you, personally, to own the copyright to File:Logo EIILM.jpg and not be violating WP:UPE. So either you were attempting to mislead us about your personal ownership of that logo, thereby placing the entire project in legal jeopardy, or you are attempting to mislead us about your relationship with the organisation.
