Discretionary sanctions are not about content but about behavior.[edit]

On the other hand, we do have policies and guidelines which do cover content. WP:VERIFY combined with reliable sources, neutral point of view (which does not mean neutrality, and no original research are the main ones. We are unabashedly a mainstream encyclopedia, emphasis on both words. Also ee Wikipedia:No. Wikipedia is NOT biased and User:Guy Macon/Yes. We are biased..
