The recommendation would be that you learn how to edit existing articles (see advice in the welcome message below) before tackling the more difficult task of creating a new article. You are thinking top (infobox) down, when a better approach is bottom up, i.e., find the references that will support notability. Only then, as as a draft or in your Sandbox, build the article, with factual statements limited to what is supported by the reliable source references.
