A tag has been placed on Kopil Dhakal requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. About nomination of Eden English School Btl for deletion[edit]

Hi, I have been a Wikipedia user since last 8 years. I have used it as a repository of information that helps me in many aspects of my life. It has been proved a helping hand to me in various parts of my life.

Now, I got interested in making some contributions to Wikipedia by editing and creating article about the subjects of my concerned or around me. I do work as a photographer too, of which some of my works has also been uploaded. Page Eden English School Btl was created by me and is my first page to be created in Wikipedia. Though it does only contains the partial information, my intention is to provide more and more information of school to the readers, except some readers may find it being something personal and is not suitable under the conditions. By the name, the school is Secondary school which we can indicate as 'High' school too, not a Higher secondary school which runs classes up to 12.

During the creation of the articles in the Wikipedia, I have read but not completely line by line abut the Guidelines necessary for creation of articles. I wouldn't say my article meet the 100% standard, but I have created with my complete sense and correct up to my knowledge. They may contains various mistakes and may not meet the standards. I request to the concerned experts to correct them as it may be necessary, help me to correct it by indicating the errors or non standard contents instead of going for the process for deletion of the articles.

Hope for good cooperation from the experts. User:Gyan Bahadur Khattri 08:42, 6 July 2016 (UTC +3:00)

@Gyan Bahadur Khattri: Namaste. I admire your work and thanks for your contribution. But I am surprised that you are using wikipedia for 8 years and still you are unaware about it's policy. Please be little experienced first and try to seek help from different sources. You can join Teahouse and take some help from there.

Now about the article you have created. The article Eden English School Btl doesn't seems Notable as it doesn't cite any sources. Showing of teachers and students names is also making this article promotional. So this article was included in discussion by me. If you need help reply me. Thanks NepaliKeto62Talk to me 06:14, 6 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi User:Nepali keto62. Thanks for it. My article Eden English School Btl has been reviewed. I appreciate it. Hi GB Ryan771 There is a debate going on about Eden English Boarding High School. Would you be able to assist us to find some source. Even 1 single source (English or Nepali) would be OK. This should be an independent source for example: a newspaper report or a listing on a government website. Could you also tell us the department to which the school is affiliated? --Lemongirl942 (talk) 04:52, 30 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Lemongirl942,

Thanks for your review, but I'm sorry that I could not refer any of digital references that may result in the verification of my article. In present, I'm working as a HR Assistant in a seismic crew in Kuwait. I have served as a teacher in the school for more than three years, till 2015. The article I have created is 100% up to my knowledge and was my first article in Wikipedia. Though some of my entries were likely to be promotional, and had also been reviewed and removed, I intentionally want to make it pure informative. But for the references, I could only show you the Facebook link of the school which I have created few years ago, Eden English Boarding High School. As well as you can search in the Google Earth, Eden English Boarding High School User:Gyan Bahadur Khattri 12:18, 30 July 2016 (UTC +3:00)

Thank you so much for your reply. Actually I do not want to delete the school article, so I am trying very hard to find just one source. Even a print source (in any language) would be OK - if you can upload it on facebook/anywhere else. I will go through the facebook page. I have 2 more questions: (1) Is the school accredited to any organisation? (2) After students graduate from the school, do they directly go to university? Thank you. --Lemongirl942 (talk) 09:26, 30 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Hi @GB Ryan771:, the issue is that we cannot have unverified content on wikipedia. If the only information that exists about the school is the photos/facebook page that you've made, then unfortunately this is not good enough for wikipedia. I am sure that is not the case - there may be information/reports in local newspapers, there may be government reports about it and so on. Please add any links you can that you have not created otherwise the page is likely to be deleted. JMWt (talk) 13:43, 31 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I appreciate the effort of Wikipedia to provide verified and real information and too understands the importance of such information in present context. Here, as for the page I created of Eden English Boarding High School, I'm afraid that I could not provide you any digital links that may clarify your doubt. If you are known about Nepal, we are in the list poor countries and now developing country, but still lacks the digital information for various subjects and topics. We may possess some governmental paper works during the registration of the school that may verify the existence and some news articles which are published in local news paper, not digitally online, but these may require time to achieve by me as I'm abroad now. I list you a only link that I do possess now, unknown that may clear you doubt. Pre SLC - Search Student Records for Whole School - EDEN ENGLISH BOARDING SCHOOL BUTWAL This is the link to government portal that list the record of students during the year 2014/15. Disambiguation link notification for May 10[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Siddha Baba Temple, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Palpa. The article Archana Paneru has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one.
