Just stating that you are the copyright holder here isn’t considered sufficient. You must use the process to donate copyrighted materials so that your identity as the copyright owner can be verified.

Please note that donating copyrighted materials, you agree to allow others to freely copy, reuse, distribute and/or adapt them into derivative works, even for commercial purposes. Donating text or images is both permanent and irrevocable.

Regardless, the person that you are writing about must meet the notability criteria for people to merit inclusion at all. If this person has not received significant coverage from multiple reliable and independent sources, then an article about them will not be accepted.
