Jesus in Islam[edit]

The material you are trying to add is already present above. There is no need, I think, to repeat it in a different wording. Additionally, sentences like "what exactly happened on the cross?" is not encyclopedic. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia and follows encyclopedic style. Furthermore, your information is not clear enough. You can use article's talk-page to propose your change. Thanks.-AsceticRosé 16:08, 3 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Some tips[edit]

Thanks for using the talk-page. Here are some points that would be helpful. When you post any new message on either article's or user's talk-page, put it at the bottom of the page. It can be done in two ways: you will see "new section" button on top of the page. Alternatively, click "Edit" button, go at the bottom, type a headline like ==New section==, and then type your message. At last, sign your name by typing four ~~~~.

Wikipedia has some rules and norms to be maintained for the betterment of everyone. See Five pillars of Wikipedia. Some must-see things are neutral point of view, no original research, providing reliable sources, community consensus, assuming good faith, What Wikipedia is not etc.

Contact me if you need. Though I'm semi-retired from Wikipedia, I will try to respond. -AsceticRosé 15:00, 4 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Many thanks AsceticRose - appreciated. I've left a few thoughts on the talk page for the article as well as on your talk page.Gabarker (talk) 15:10, 6 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Glad to see you contacted me. Here are some answers to your questions. There is no such thing as a "lead editor". Any editor can edit any part of any article. There is no special barrier to anyone's editing. The only thing you need to be careful is that your edits conform to Wikipedia's policies (some of them I mentioned above).
Making any change means making any edit. Whether you add any content, or modify any existing any content, or make any logical change to the existing content, all these are known as edit. You remember your adding a passage to Jesus in Islam which I reverted? You can make any change in the same way. There is absolutely no special rule for that. Of course you can make the change yourself.
I will comment on Talk:Jesus_in_Islam#Proposed_changes later. Though I remain busy in real life, I will still try to maintain communication because I love Wikipedia. Currently, I can spend very little time on Wikipedia. Hope, You will enjoy your time in Wikipedia. And of course, Wikipedia appreciates and welcomes your contributions! -AsceticRosé 18:00, 6 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
You have made some minor edits to articles like Life imprisonment in Austria, Buddhism and Christianity. So I guess you have gained some idea about how to edit. One thing, on Wikipedia, it is better not to disclose your real name and address if you have privacy issue. You can disclose them if you do not have any such problem. -AsceticRosé 00:06, 7 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
