I would like to swear here on behalf of me and my entire generation that I Gabriel has never in his entire life take money from anyone to write an article. I repeat, no one has ever paid me a dime to write an article. I have shade tears for this action to God who made me and so weak in health. I swear to God almighty that I have no multiple account apart from my account Gabriel601. Mostly my daily activities in life are listening to music, watch sport, play SportyBet and when i go out i do take pictures of places which I love uploading them on the Wikipedia commons of where I also have an account https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:Gabriel601. I am short of words to you Dreamy Jazz and all I could say to you in a short words is “May God bless you as it pains me from the bottom of my heart with tears”. No boldness in creating a new account to start a new life or starts socking around wikipedia. What, if any, is your connection to the accounts Ojukwu754272 and OjukwuManager? This block is based off technical evidence that links this account to those accounts. Because I concluded that this account is a match on technical evidence and edits to those accounts, the way that these accounts were used looked to be in a way to discredit the subject and their manager as trying to self-promote. This and other edits, led me and another CheckUser to believe that you may have been attempting to delete work another undisclosed paid editor had made while potentially making paid edits yourself.

An indefinite block is not forever, as successful unblock appeals are a way to get back to editing. However, you will need to address your connection to these accounts and why the technical evidence mentioned strongly links you to those accounts. If these are your accounts you will also need to address why you used these accounts to seemingly attempt to make it look like there was disruptive COI editing happening at the article. Well, this is very disappointing, Gabriel601. However, I think you need to calm yourself and approach this problem less emotionally. While there might be suspicions of paid editing, your block concerns the use of multiple accounts. You don't need to swear to God, you have to explain why your account is connected to these other two accounts. The technical evidence is compelling, otherwise admins wouldn't have blocked the accounts. If there is uncertainty, then the default response is not to block. If you created these accounts, you need to confess this, otherwise you will not be unblocked. Dreamy Jazz has already come here to talk with you which, frankly, I don't see happening very often with blocks based on sockpuppetry.

I think you have to accept a few realities. If you want to return to editing, you must tell the truth. Secondly, a block will not be suddenly lifted. Trust has been broken and this requires time and discussion to restore. You need to not only say that you understand what the misconduct was, you must actually understand what you did that went against Wikipedia policy. You should really read, thoroughly, Wikipedia:Guide to appealing blocks. Many blocked editors ignore this advice but this guide will tell you exactly what you need to know to be unblocked. Finally, do not file a quick series of unblock requests. Blocked editors are typically allowed to file 3 or 4 unblock requests and if they are repetitive, then talk page access is removed. Do not file another unblock request frivolously, consider what you want to say because you don't have an unlimited number of unblock requests available to you.

Remember, you don't need to grovel, plead and beg, say that you want all of your edits to be reverted. Just be truthful with us. Mistakes aren't necessarily fatal and blocks do not need to be forever. But if you do have ulterior reasons for editing Wikipedia beyond improving articles here, know that these will not be tolerated. If you are editing the project to promote anyone or anything, it's best to move your efforts to another platform like social media because you will not have success here. Good luck. Liz ^{Read! Good morning @Liz:, the truth here is i really don’t know anything about those editors, I really don’t know anything to God who made me. Come rain, come shine, I will still stand by the truth. Few months ago when I was in Ghana 🇬🇭 I couldn’t edit Wikipedia because it was saying the IP address has been blocked from editing and that was an apartment Wi-Fi where I lodged. I thought this was an apartment wifi issue until my friend got a new sim for me which I can be using to make calls and browse because I’m not a Ghana citizen. I tried using Wikipedia once more again and the error was the IP address has been blocked from editing Wikipedia. So that got me confused that I have to meet like 5 people and ask them if Wikipedia works on their phone and they tried it was still the same issue which got me thinking maybe Wikipedia has blocked Ghana globally because those of my friends have no idea about using wikipedia. Now when talking about Nigeria IP address situation, most SIM card for instant like Etisalat uses a close range of IP of all their SIM cards. Sometimes some new SIM card can’t even edit wikipedia meanwhile they haven’t done anything to get an IP block. I am saying this from the bottom of my heart @Dreamy Jazz:. I really don’t know anything to God who made me. I wish a way to explain this via a voice note with a polite manner “I really don’t know anything”. While all this was going on yesterday I wasn’t online because I was so hungry and no food and was waiting for my family to send me some food. I’m having Peptic ulcer which couldn’t allow me do anything yesterday so when I got the block notification and all the tags on my article for undisclosed payment. I got weak the more with tears drop. My hands are clean @Dreamy Jazz: come rain, come shine, I just told you how this African IP behaves. Also take a look at This AFD Discussion where I was suspecting something fishy about the new 5 created editors who were just focusing on the article to save the page. Also take a look at this talk page where I was reporting to Reading Beans about editors i suspected and she was suspecting them as well but no proof to burst them. I have no bad intentions here if not I would have been letting a lot of things slide than reporting them. While you are right that IPs change often, you have shared the same IP address as these two accounts within a few hours of each other. The range you are right is busy and shared by many other editors, but the single IP was only used by you and these two accounts within the last month at least.

Does someone else share your internet connection who has edited Wikipedia? If so, did you discuss with them about this AfD. Simple denial in this case is not enough to counteract the technical evidence, regardless of whether you do or don't own these accounts. Take a look at this social media links @Dreamy Jazz: https://twitter.com/theradiolioness and https://instagram.com/honeyojukwu. You will find out that the article page is on her social media profile, so theirs a possibility chances they are always on the watch to know if the article has been nominated for AFD. I won’t doubt your knowledge regarding IP issues because it’s one of the problem some African country face. If the editor who voted keep is using a Etisalat Sim Card, their possible that the IP range would be 85% familiar but if the editor is using a MTN SIM card, theirs possibilities that the IP range would be different 15%. So I actually don’t know what sim the editor would be using but truth be told I really, really don’t know anything about this sock. My hands are clean. If I knew anything about this, I would have openly said and hope i gets forgiven but I can’t say what I really don’t know about. I rather say the truth and remain block than to say what I never did or know about to be unblock. From my own knowledge I have explained how this IP stuff works in Africa especially in Nigeria which is the worst. Believe @Dreamy Jazz: or you can ask any other editor who’s an admin from Nigeria. While I understand what you say, also considering the close similarities between your and those accounts edits the possibility this is all a coincidence is small. If you have worked with someone on this article you should disclose this. I would say that your next best route of appeal is to send an email to the Arbitration Committee. I had no intention in creating new appeal because @Liz: advised not to do so. Is there anything missing as asked from my above explanation which I was truthful & honest. I think the only thing missing is how I intend to avoid such from happening. Although have never experienced such situation and any correction that need to be stated before my unblock I’m ready to listen and comply. I have being busy offline and of course I have addressed the issue regarding the IP issue if you could read fully from my discussion with @Dreamy Jazz:. Still to be honest here, I really have no hands in this violation and if theirs anything I need to be avoiding. I’m always open to learn. Happy new year in advance to you and everyone have came across here on Wikipedia. Have always been a happy person and a good leader. Have got nothing to lie about. Even if the platform rejects me forever I’m gonna be fine and be happy that at least I made a good impact to the platform. I’m not a bad person if not I would have dump my account and socking around wikipedia but I know the rules, I have to love the rules and abide by it. It’s definitely not a big deal. As noted in that previous unblock, it's not a believable coincidence that there are other accounts making similar edits on the same IP as you and you know nothing of them. Do not ping me again please; you may make another unblock request and another admin can review it. I still stand by the truth that I know nothing about the other sock. I can’t admit what I didn’t do or know about because it might worsen the whole understanding. I already explained this on my first unblock request regarding how African IP works especially in Nigeria. If Sockpuppet was a habit, I won’t be here appealing when it’s been about 2 months since the block. On the first unblock request, have never doubted the fact that IP shared ain’t possible because the network of which the country use it’s not in a good fix. But one thing have never done on Wikipedia is creating an account apart from my account which I’m appealing behalf on. Have never made any attempt to create new account to start socking on Wikipedia. Although, blocking me from accessing my talk for another unblock request doesn’t stop me from editing Wikipedia and I will keep on doing good just like have always been. Since you finding it hard to believe, what do you then think is your advice because if I was lying it something I would have said long time ago @Dreamy Jazz: than keeping quiet. All this happened last year and now we in a new year still I haven’t make any attempt in creating a new account. If i was a sock I won’t be here, if I’m not admitting to the fact someone might have use a shared IP as me I won’t be here. I would have been socking around. I’m here because I’m not the creator of those accounts and it’s not possible for me to know who they are. Have not been editing pages for months now.
