Thank you.

A tag has been placed on Network of european technocrats requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, individual animal(s), an organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. If this is the first page that you have created, then you should read the guide to writing your first article.

If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Eeekster (talk) 21:03, 7 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 10:00, 8 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You have been indefinitely blocked from editing in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy for making legal threats or taking legal action. You are not allowed to edit Wikipedia as long as the threats stand or the legal action is unresolved. If you believe that a legal action is warranted, you may contact our information team at info-en@wikimedia.org and they may forward it to our legal counsel or a more appropriate venue. If you believe this block is unjustified you may contest this block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} below, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first. Request reason:

Iam not making legal threats, as far as i know, if that was the expression i apologise, i will make sure that my edits will not contain any of legal threats from now, if there will be any disputes i will follow the proper channels for dispute resolution as advised, please unblock me, thank you --Galkatomasz (talk) 15:38, 8 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

In your comments, you said that as a legal representative, others should not edit or delete your material because of copyright. That's a legal threat. it is not sufficient to refrain from more threats in the future, first you must completely retract this one, which means unconditionally withdrawing your unreasonable request to not edit or delete the page. If you submitted copyrighted material it should be deleted; if not, Wikipedia owns it now. Mangojuicetalk 15:41, 8 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Ok I recognize your threat as retracted. However, there is still the matter of your editing, which has been inappropriate. Network of European Technocrats was deleted according to Wikipedia's policies about 18 months ago. It has been reposted many times and deleted many times. We are no longer willing to accept this contribution, especially from someone who calls themselves an official representative of the company. You have a conflict of interest and it's inappropriate for you to be pushing this material. (See Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations -- many of your questions will be answered there.) This is not a matter of writing your contribution more acceptably: at this point, it has been considered and rejected by the community and I think it would be unwise to unblock you to continue what you've been doing. Do you have any interest in editing not relating to your own organization? Mangojuicetalk 16:33, 8 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, i understand this. I will read and learn as you advised. We want to have a small info on Wikipedia. Why? Basing on this deletion, we can read on the web that our organisation is illegal because Wikipedia deleted the article about us. This is not true as we are registred organisation with no issues. In other words a person who started the deletion request, using it as a proof to show our organisation in bad view. We did not nothing wrong to deserve for this kind of comments. Could you please advise what is the best way to resolve this issue, as we cannot edit ourselves this article. Thank You --Galkatomasz (talk) 17:12, 8 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, you did do something wrong, if you were trying to post your corporate web page on Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a free web host. As for what shows up in Google, I did a search and the deleted WP page shows up but none of these comments about it do in the first 2 pages. But even if it did, it's really not our problem: we aren't here to help you fix your public image if it's been damaged as a result of misusing Wikipedia. BTW, I think you need to be more specific if you intend to edit on other subjects. People in your position often just want to get unblocked and then once they are, after all that work and explanation, they simply disappear and never edit again, which is a bit of a waste of our time. Mangojuicetalk 18:38, 8 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Probably you are right, but i just started here on Wikipedia i want to keep my account open as i might have interest to edit other articles or create a new ones, i might be valuable user. Because i learn the rules in hard way - that was my fault that i did not read everything. If you do not want to unblock me please delete my account because i see no sense to have one here when is blocked. As you advised before i will ask other organisations to write an article about us - i think this will be the best way to resolve deletion issue. Thanks

{{unblock|Please unblock me i will not edit anything that is related to my own organization}}

Your request to be unblocked has been granted for the following reason(s):

Legal threat retracted; user promises not to recreate deleted article.
