Request reason:

I am a student in Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, India and do all my editing from the campus. Because our campus uses Network address translation for the internal network, you may get the same IP address for any other editor from the same campus. This is how I feel I have been mistaken as a duplicate account, which is erroneous. My common interest in Anand Teltumbde with the other blocked account is that Prof. Teltumbde is retired Professor of IIT Kharagpur. He is my teacher, his page was facing vandalism, hence, I decided to intervene and make the required edits. @TheSandDoctor: The provided explanation looks plausible to me. There are significant differences in style between this account and the other two named in the SPI:

Ganesh2019 added different content.
Ganesh2019 provided sources for the content (I haven't checked the sources, but the other accounts for most of their additions didn't provide any at all).
Ganesh2019 consistently used edit summaries, the other accounts largely didn't.
Ganesh2019 used talk pages.
