Page deletion

Hey there,

I'd like to recover a page you deleted – I believe it was deleted by mistake.

This page ( https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Paul_Maric&action=edit&redlink=1 ) is for a well known Australian motoring journalist and YouTube personality.

It was originally deleted several years ago and it was recreated this year following further notability.

The deletion was contested and it was approved. It has now disappeared though and your username appeared as the last change in the logs.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Benjieeverton (talkcontribs) 11:43, 1 December 2020 (UTC)

@Benjieeverton: No, that was deleted intentionally. There was no improvement to the notability from the previous version. I can restore it to your userspace to work on if you like. GedUK  16:03, 1 December 2020 (UTC)
@Ged UK: I disagree with that and made that clear when I responded to the original intention for deletion, which was presumable approved by somebody. But in saying that, I have no inclination to work on it further. Also not much point debating it with somebody that may be unfamiliar with the field or industry the person is notable for.

Deletion consensus reached

We have reached a deletion consensus for Template:Ongoing protests, but it hasn't been properly deleted yet (despite the closure of the debate, favoring deletion). Could you please delete that Template for us? The Mysterious El Willstro (talk) 06:54, 11 December 2020 (UTC)
