Hi, Gham1970. I note that page File:George Clarke architect.jpg asserts that BJL Group has released this file into the public domain, and that the source page will confirm that the image is freely-licensed, but the only information relating to licensing or copyright I can find on the page reads "© 2012 BJL Group Limited.
