Thanks. Bladeboy1889 (talk) 08:52, 1 April 2013 (UTC)

I've done about everything I can on Enlightenment now so I've nominated it for GA. Bladeboy1889 (talk) 13:59, 4 April 2013 (UTC)

Original source is the new DWM. I imagine we will get a press release soon (tonight!?). Eshlare (talk) 13:06, 30 March 2013 (UTC)

I didn't really expect it either, though with hindsight I can see why the production team have brought them back (publicity etc). I just hppe that it doesn't turn out to be badly executed. I think I've taken to Clara though, I enjoyed her first episode.
Have you seen 50th anniversary special (Doctor Who)? Seems to have been created a bit prematurely. I made some IP edits (forgot to log in!) just to try and keep it a bit in check. I'd say that there's enough information to warrant it exisiting but it's probably going to be impossible to keep it encyclopedic until November! Eshlare (talk) 11:44, 2 April 2013 (UTC)
I always wonder what we're not being told regarding Eccleston and Doctor Who. By the way, did you know about this image? I just discovered it, so used it in Nine's article. Eshlare (talk) 22:03, 5 April 2013 (UTC)
The image isn't exactly new: it was uploaded to Commons on 31 January 2013, and added to the Christopher Eccleston article the following day. --Redrose64 (talk) 23:15, 5 April 2013 (UTC)
I noticed that, it's just that when Glimmer and I worked on the Ninth Doctor article (in 2012) there wasn't a free image available. I was just pointing it out as it might be worth including on appropriate series one pages. I was slightly amused at the realisation that it took me three months to be aware of the image. :) Eshlare (talk) 16:55, 6 April 2013 (UTC)
I'm patiently waiting until someone can snap a photo of Jenna-Louise Coleman, because there are at least three articles so far it would be useful in! Glimmer721 talk 22:39, 7 April 2013 (UTC)

Great American Wiknic

Hi! It's that time of year again-- this year's Wiknic will be held in Bloomington. We're still in the initial planning stages. Hope to see you in June! Bob the WikipediaN (talkcontribs) 21:11, 14 April 2013 (UTC)

Prequels

Yeah, I'd probably put them in the promotion section. At the end of the day they are a "hook" that is designed to whet the appetite of fans and encourage people to watch the episode, much the same way as a trailer or a poster, or a giant billboard at the side of a motorway.

I'll try and maybe add it into the reception section later. It matches quite well with the existing commentary about "Doomsday (Doctor Who)". Eshlare (talk) 23:27, 20 April 2013 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for April 21

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Doctor Who (series 6), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Gareth Roberts (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
