Spam in Cheese[edit]

Thanks for experimenting with Wikipedia. The links you added to the page Cheese have been removed. Please do not add commercial links—or links to your own private websites—to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or a mere collection of external links. You are, however, encouraged to add content instead of links. See the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. Thanks. --Kbh3rdtalk 02:33, 23 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Also -- while we're nagging you ;-) -- could I convince you to use the "Edit summary" box when you make a change? You can read more about it at Help:Edit summary, if you're not sure what I mean or what it's good for. Thanks! And Welcome! —Bunchofgrapes (talk) 02:36, 23 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Peanuts categories[edit]

Hi! Thanks for your efforts at Wikipedia. If i may ask, please create categories before you direct pages to them; I reverted your edit to Charles M. Schulz because of the red link. :) RadioKirk talk to me 02:58, 23 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

01:19, 24 May 2006 (UTC)[edit]

  • Please don't add {{main|Article name}} links to nonexistent articles.
  • What will it take for you to reply to a message, eh? Email me or leave me a message on my talk page! I'll be nice! tregoweth 01:18, 24 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Cut and paste moves[edit]

Please do not move pages by cutting and pasting the contents. That disrupts the edit history. Use the Move function to rename a page. If you are not able to do this (because of edit history at the target page) or if the page move might be considered controversial, please list the page at Wikipedia:Requested moves. If there are no significant objections, an admin will move the page. olderwiser 02:08, 25 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Merge templates[edit]

I have re-inserted the merge templates that you have removed from List of supercenters, Big-box store, and Superstore. Please don't remove them; they are there to encourage discussion until consensus has been reached. Feel free to discuss the proposed merges on Talk:Big-box store. Thanks. Tuxide 04:02, 25 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Infobox Television[edit]

Next time can you please do your tests in your Sandbox instead of on a much used templates as {{Infobox Television}} ? Better for the servers... - TheDJ (talkcontribs) 10:55, 27 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Muppets[edit]

The word "Muppet" (and "Muppeteer") should always be capitalized.

Also, please stop making large arbitrary changes like renaming categories; there is a proper procedure for that.

If you continue to ignore your fellow editors, you will be blocked (yet again). tregoweth 13:26, 27 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked[edit]

...and I just discovered yet another cut-and-paste move you did Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer (television special) to Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer (TV special). You are now blocked.

As always, you may email me at tregoweth at tregoweth dot com if you wish to discuss this, protest it, etc. tregoweth 13:33, 27 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Unspecified source for Image:Piggly_Wiggly_Logo.gif[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Piggly_Wiggly_Logo.gif. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 00:40, 9 February 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. BJTalk 00:40, 9 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
