Hi- best to keep most discussion on Wikipedia, no reason for this to be dealt with via email. The image had no copyright tag, and had been tagged as not having one for several days. When uploading an image, you must provide a source and a copyright tag, and if you are uploading a non-free image, then you must provide a detailed rationale of how it meets our non free content criteria, including why the image is absolutely necessary for the article and why a free alternative could not be found or created.
