Geetanjali Mishra moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, Geetanjali Mishra, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. A tag has been placed on Geetanjali Mishra, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Kindly move it to draft space instead of deletion. I’ve put in a lot of hardwork while preparing this article. Will improve but kindly do not delete the data. Go4navy (talk) 15:32, 24 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Unspecified source/license for File:Geetanjali Mishra 1.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Geetanjali Mishra 1.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|cc-by-sa-4.0}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at Aastha Chaudhary, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Diff: [1] Without references, it is virtually impossible to verify whether or not the subject appeared in these projects, because unlike a film or TV show, there are no credits in print advertising or commercials. Also, IMDB is not a reliable source per community consensus. Please do not restore this content without proper references, as it will be considered disruptive. Thank you. Well understood, will add only with respective citation including the links to the ad videos as well. Thanks Go4navy (talk) 07:43, 3 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

File permission problem with File:Aastha Chaudhary in Festive yellow.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Aastha Chaudhary in Festive yellow.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F11 of the criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Whpq (talk) 14:59, 4 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of Nupur joshi[edit]

Hello, Go4navy,

Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username TheBirdsShedTears and I thank you for your contributions.

I wanted to let you know, however, that I have tagged an article that you started, Nupur joshi, for deletion, because a consensus decision previously decided that it wasn't suitable for inclusion in the encyclopedia. If you wish to restore a page deleted via a deletion discussion, please use the deletion review process instead, rather than reposting the content of the page.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top. If the page is already deleted by the time you come across this message and you wish to retrieve the deleted material, please contact the deleting administrator.

For any further query, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|TheBirdsShedTears}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!

Dear Praxidicae,

The image used is in public domain and was clicked by Geetanjali Mishra herself on 30th July 2022, prior uploading same on Wikipedia I took her consent as it was being uploaded on her Wikipedia account only. Please remove speedy deletion tag or kindly advise what else can be done to keep it intact.

August 2022[edit]

Information icon

Hello Go4navy. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Go4navy. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Go4navy|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. PRAXIDICAE🌈 18:49, 7 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Dear Praxidicae, There seems to be a some misunderstanding as I am a freelancer as far as Wikipedia edits are concerned and I DO NOT charge anything from anyone to do so. Hence I clarify that I don’t get compensated anyway directly or indirectly.

Regards Go4navy (talk) 19:08, 7 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Then what is your connection to the subjects you've written about? PRAXIDICAE🌈 19:09, 7 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Dear Praxidicae,

As I mentioned that I am doing this as a freelancer to enhance my own skills and learning from experienced people like you. Hence there no connection except being freelancer to do on the topics I know about and trying to improve with each edit. Hope to get kind support from you.

Regards Go4navy (talk) 19:17, 7 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Then explain who "we" is here, how you became the copyright holder of this image? PRAXIDICAE🌈 19:21, 7 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Dear Praxidicae,

When I mentioned ‘we’ and regarding Image rights, I meant that I requested Geetanjali Mishra if this pic can be used for her Wikipedia profile, she gave out the info which I mentioned there ( clicked on 30th July 2022 etc ) and agreed, since it was her own image clicked by herself and I took permission ( it was not difficult to contact her, she being an actress ).

Kindly advise if I need to ask / request her to send a mail about the said image.
