Welcome[edit]

Hi Goldtome,

It was rather unfortunate that the bots got to your user page before a human, because, as you can see, they can be rather up-front and unwelcoming. Normally, edits to Wikipedia aren't nearly as confrontational and you will likely encounter a lot of good people along the way who happen to comment on your work on your talk page.

This can be rather fun, as is editing Wikipedia (of course!), so I sincerely hope that you stay. We can use editors like you who make constructive changes to the encyclopedia, as you did by starting the Organic Valley article, and your writing is very nice to boot!

I think that I am going to start merging what you have on your user page with the actual article page, if you don't mind, and making some wiki formatting and stylistic corrections. For example, it was neat how you painstakingly emulated the look of references and footnotes, but there is an easier way which you might like to read about. (See WP:Footnotes.)

Also, if you would like any assistance, please don't hesitate. In fact, just clik here, type in your message, and click Save page. This will alert me, when I next visit, to your question or comment.

Have fun!

Fair use rationale for Image:Organic Valley Logo.gif[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Organic Valley Logo.gif. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. Orphaned non-free media (Image:Organic Valley Logo.gif)[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Organic Valley Logo.gif. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 18:52, 10 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry to edit your user page. I'll go away now. --Una Smith (talk) 14:42, 1 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I deleted the page as spam; it has been over a year since your last edit, and the page was effectively spam for a non-notable company. Jerry delusional ¤ kangaroo 23:20, 7 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
