Windows 9x[edit]

Hey I noticed your edit to Windows 9x which states "unless some registry keys are modified". Do you mean the trick to run the screensaver when Cancel is pressed on Windows 9x? :-) - xpclient ^Talk 07:30, 30 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, I'm referring to adding a new DWORD value as follows:

-If it doesn't exist already, create the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Network/Logon

-Create a DWORD value 'MustBeValidated' inside the 'Logon' key mentioned above.

- Assign 'MustBeValidated' the value 1.
