I am curious as to why you deleted the Grandparent revision to the Human Resources article.

Grandparent

Starting a new article[edit]

What's the subject for the article, and what info do you have on it so far?

Wikipedia:Your first article has full instructions for creating an article. If you aren't sure that the subject is sufficiently notable for an article, or you want to get the formatting down pat before you create the article in article space, you may want to create it in user space first. You may find it useful to have a page like User:Grandparent/Sandbox to experiment in; I have a similar page myself.

So, check out the instructions on creating an article, build it in user space if you don't have much, or if you think you have several sources that make a good claim of notability, go ahead and create the article. Any questions along the way, feel free to ask.
