October 2009[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Kepler Wessels has been reverted.
Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline from Wikipedia. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. I removed the following link(s): http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=47711540262/ (matching the regex rule \bfacebook\.com).
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 14:17, 21 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

List of best-selling music artists[edit]

I have again reverted your edits for the second time, please do not add Bing Crosby back to the list without discussing why you think he should be added to the list. After I reverted your first edit, I discussed within the section of Crosby why he should not be added to the list. Your further insertions of Bing Crosby to the list without discussions will be considered as Edit-warring and will be treated as such.--Harout72 (talk) 23:20, 29 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You have already once been asked in the past not to insert Bing Crosby to the list and we've had a long discussion on this matter which has now been archived within the Archive No. 12, and now you are beginning to engage yourself in Edit-warring with this edit of yours. Should you have suggestions or comments regarding Crosby's sales which may seem different from your previous comments, feel free to open up a new discussion for that at the current page of Talk:List of best-selling music artists. Regards.--Harout72 (talk) 22:01, 7 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please refrain from Edit-warring, if you continue to do so, I will have to report your actions at WP:AN/I. As I suggested above, should you have any comments/suggestions, please discuss them at the Talk:List of best-selling music artists rather than edit-warring.--Harout72 (talk) 16:44, 9 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your contribution to this list, but unfortunately it doesn't conform with the list's source. While your edits may reflect more up-to-date figures, as the article says, "This is the list of the top 100 best-selling music artists in the United States only as of December 2008 and based on certifications of albums by the RIAA." To conform to that source, we really can't update the list until the new figures are released in December 2009. That way, information on all of the artists will be updated simultaneously.

If you want to discuss this or the list, please feel free to leave a note at my talk page or at the article's talk page. Thank you. Moonriddengirl (talk) 13:16, 9 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
