I added an article for a request of a brief history at Talk:Hunspell page. I used the materials as it is linked to LibreOffice.org website at "reference" section and also considered it as Fair use in US laws. LibreOffice is a renowned public project published under the Mozilla Public License. It declares that all text and images on this website are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0. License. Sorry for the mistake. What you need to do when copying compatibly licensed material is to include attribution. In fact such attribution is required under the terms of the Creative Commons license. I've re-added the material and provided the required attribution.

Today I found another case: on Grsync, copied from here. The page is marked as "© 2019 Linux Journal, LLC. All rights reserved." So it's not okay to copy from there. Fair use law does not apply. Wikipedia has a very strict copyright policy, stricter in some ways than copyright law itself, because our fair use policy does not allow us to copy material from copyright sources when there's a freely licensed alternative available. In this case the freely licensed material is prose that we write ourselves. @Green: こんにちは。しばらく事態の推移を伺っておりましたが、記事の公正・中立を確保するために、記事を加筆しました。名の知られた出版社に掲載されたので問題ないと判断しました。一方の主張だけを掲載するのは良くないと思いましたので。

Warning about casting aspersions[edit]

Green, to quote the Hon. Matthew W. Brann: Charges of [violations] are serious. But calling [something a violation] does not make it so. Charges require specific allegations and then proof. We have neither here. I don't understand on what basis you keep making these accusations about ネイ, but unless you have actual evidence (which, how would you?), you need to stop. If you're unable to assume good faith with them, you should probably go do something else. Engaging in made-up accusations on Wikipedia is not allowed. El_C 15:36, 20 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I must declare that I have got Login alert as above. That is why I mentioned in the past, this is a serious problem, which seems to be TRIGGERED by her as I mentioned before. You should understand that I did NOT say at all that those failed attempt was done by herself.
