Links[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used for advertising or promotion, and doing so is contrary to the goals of this project. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. [1] --Ronz (talk) 22:49, 7 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

October 2009[edit]

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Best-first search. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Since Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by some search engines, including Google. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. Tcncv (talk) 23:12, 7 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Artificial Intuition, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://artificial-intuition.com. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. Deleting sourced content[edit]

Please do not delete whole parts of articles without explanation as you did here. Regards, HaeB (talk) 21:07, 2 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have nominated Artificial Intuition, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Artificial Intuition. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. [Belinrahs|talktomeididit] 18:03, 3 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Yebol[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period. Additionally, users who perform several reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. When in dispute with another editor you should first try to discuss controversial changes to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. Should that prove unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. Please stop the disruption, otherwise you may be blocked from editing. --Ronz (talk) 18:45, 4 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Conflict of interest policy[edit]

If you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest. In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, edits where there is a conflict of interest, or where such a conflict might reasonably be inferred from the tone of the edit and the proximity of the editor to the subject, are strongly discouraged. If you have a conflict of interest, you should avoid or exercise great caution when:

  1. editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with;
  2. participating in deletion discussions about articles related to your organization or its competitors; and
  3. linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam).

Please familiarize yourself with relevant policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies.

For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have a conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for organizations. For more details about what, exactly, constitutes a conflict of interest, please see our conflict of interest guidelines. Thank you. --Ronz (talk) 23:59, 4 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Next step[edit]

Again, I appreciate that you're discussing your concerns now.

In response to your comments on my talk page, I think you should start by making a statement about any conflict of interest you may have. Otherwise, discussions may be referred to WP:COIN.

WP:DR details how to approach disputes. If you see something in WP:DR that you think would be appropriate, give it a try. However, the talk page discussions are all very new, so I don't think it will be very helpful to look for alternative ways to resolve the disputes at this point. --Ronz (talk) 00:56, 5 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Conflicts of Interest? I'm not earning anything here. WTF? COI? Huh? BTW, who are you, exactly...some self-appointed Nazi?Gregman2 01:00, 5 December 2009 (UTC)Gregman2

Now that we've Godwin's law behind us, I hope you'll take some time to review WP:BATTLE, WP:TALK, WP:CIVIL, and WP:AGF.

December 2009[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Yebol, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles. See the Article Wizard.

Thank you.

A tag has been placed on VerbaLearn requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, individual animal(s), an organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. If this is the first page that you have created, then you should read the guide to writing your first article.

If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. 99.155.206.57 (talk) 20:33, 14 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Advice[edit]

Greg, from I what I see, your editing experience on Wikipedia is not good. Maybe its time to take a step back and ask yourself: "Why am I doing this?". You seem not to be aware that Wikipedia has rules. If you ignore these rules, you will not have a good time here. Regards, Paradoctor (talk) 22:06, 14 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This edit of yours is an example of what I'm talking about. I did not delete VerbaLearn. And that is about all I will put up with. You're on your own. Good luck. Paradoctor (talk) 23:33, 14 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
