Hi! The main problem is that in Spanish Wikipedia there isn't an article for the Czech city, so we don't need the desambiguation yet. The other word, Véliz, is a different word and it needs a different page, note that this one has an accent on the e, and the pronunciation is different; it isn't the same VE-liz that ve-LIZ (the capital words are to mark the accent).
