Your recent edits[edit]

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 21:09, 21 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks. GriffinSB

Hi GrigginSB. I want to inform you that I am going to start request for comment, if Osli73 continues with the same behaviour. I have now planty of material, but I will also like you to take a part. Regards. The Dragon of Bosnia (talk) 17:17, 23 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Chetniks[edit]

To tell truth I think that you are puppet of somebody (because you are editing to much for new user) but I will help you in your discussion about this article. On USHMM site you are having Photograph #46718 which is making POV editors which like chetniks very angry. This photto is showing meeting between Chetnik and Ustaša :))--Rjecina (talk) 16:24, 24 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You can hold your personal opinions to your self. The reason because i edit much is because of information and knowledge I have. I am only interested in truth and objectivity. I hate poeple who use internet, wikipedia or any source of media to spread propaganda and lies, like Serbian ultra-nationalists do. The video's that i added to chetniks article, were all about chetnik collaboration with Germans,Italians and Ustase. --(GriffinSB) (talk) 17:03, 24 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

"propaganda"[edit]

Interesting that your interest lies in so much in "Serb propaganda" that you're spamming unrelated articles adding links, and misquoting references in articles which to me is more like "anti-Serb propaganda". Do you really think contributions like this belong in a fucking ENCYLOPEDIA? Wikipedia is becoming a joke allowing editors such as yourself to spread nonsense, while punishing other editors who are genuinly trying create a neutral encyclopedia. // laughing man 18:28, 25 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yes I do think that comment belongs in that article, because it's true. You have vandalized 4-5 articles and deleated my contributions for no reason at all. In the article Operation allied force-Nato bombing of FRY you deleated my see also Serb Propaganda ,the article which includes serbian propaganda during the Nato bombings and my NPOV external links where the serbian propaganda machine was analised by universities and proffesors,by inteligence analists.

On the Srbosjek article .you are deliberatly trying to hide natur of Jared Israel(one of the main Serb Apologists and genocide deniers).

You are spreading the views of Serbian Radical Party through the net and abusing wikipedia by deleating independent professional and universatory links in order to cover the bullshit you're spreading.

On Serb propaganda once you deleated half of the article, half of refrences and half of external links which had everything to do with the phenomenon of Serbian propaganda during the '90 and to this day. You Serbian Radicals use the internet like the Al-Qaida for spreading of your hate and unsourced info.

On the Serbia article you deleated the fact that 12000 Croats died at Jasenovac deliberatly so you could continue to demonize Croats as you guys are doing all the time to all the other people of the Balkans.--(GriffinSB) (talk) 00:15, 26 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

RE[edit]

Hey what's up man? Well, I think this page could be useful to you Wikipedia:Vandalism#Types_of_vandalism -- Blanking: Removing all or significant parts of pages' content without any legitimate reason, or replacing entire pages with nonsense. Read it carefully and then you can explain your case here (type of vandalism and the exact edit) and repot the vandal -- Wikipedia:Administrator_intervention_against_vandalism. Or you can find some administrator to handle that. Take care! --Grandy Grandy (talk) 00:33, 26 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Attacks in the article Srebrenica Genocide Denial[edit]

Please do not make personal attacks as you did at Srebrenica Genocide Denial. Wikipedia has a strict policy against personal attacks. Attack pages and images are not tolerated by Wikipedia and are speedily deleted. Users who continue to create or repost such pages and images, especially those in violation of our Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons policy, will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Thank you. I'm just working on it.I agreed with user Bosniak to do the artice, because there are some journalists that continue to deny the Genocide. This artice is ment to let people know that those kind of sick people exist. And that the have some marginal support. In the article i want to point out that there is apsolutly no doubt that it didn't happen.\

I'm sourcing it as we speak. I just need a little time because i'm doing my first article ok???--(GriffinSB) (talk) 03:15, 30 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Articles should be about the facts of the events and then you let those speak for themselves. You are trying to attack the people listed in the bottom. That isn't a neutral point of view.Berean Hunter (talk) 03:26, 30 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

AfD nomination of Srebrenica Genocide Denial[edit]

I have nominated Srebrenica Genocide Denial, an article you created, for deletion. I do not feel that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Srebrenica Genocide Denial. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. Your edits on List of war crimes[edit]

If you claim to be neutral, how come here you inserted Croatian where you felt appropriate but not Serbian at the last example? Why was it not important to mention their nationality but it was important to mention the Croat civillians' nationality? SWik78 (talk) 14:28, 15 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Croatian War of Independance[edit]

SWik78 erased a sentance because it was not sourced. I've restored it with a source. What's the problem? It was not discussed by either of you. And it was deleted by this user without discussing on the talk page, only with comment - unsourced. Now I must discuss about it, although I've presented that source. BTW in my opinion, it's important detail in whole story, which gives proper context directly for following accidents. Check recent history of the changes in the article and you'll see. Zenanarh (talk) 15:55, 18 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The problem is that joke-incident didn't take place in 1990. and in the referrence title is Franjo Tudjman 1992-1999. Until someone finds the actual date when that quote was made it shouldn't stand there because the story should go in chronological order. --(GriffinSB) (talk) 16:03, 18 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Check out the discussion page.--(GriffinSB) (talk) 16:04, 18 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

OK Once again, check please what was deleted [1] by SWik78 and what was restored [2] by me. It doesn't have any connection to Tudjman and his joke, which was discussed by me too in the talk page. Zenanarh (talk) 16:12, 18 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No reply from you, you've been mistaken obviously, so I'll restore that sentence again. Zenanarh (talk) 16:38, 18 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It's there - a link in my edit. Zenanarh (talk) 16:42, 18 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

AfD nomination of Serb propaganda in the Yugoslav wars[edit]

An editor has nominated Serb propaganda in the Yugoslav wars, an article on which you have worked or that you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Serb propaganda in the Yugoslav wars (2nd nomination) and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 14:59, 19 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding [3], [4], [5], and [6]. This is a no-no. Please read the above mentioned policy. SWik78 (talk) 19:45, 19 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry to crowd your page with half messages but Wikipedia:Canvassing#Votestacking is the section you should read in the above link. Thanks. SWik78 (talk) 19:51, 19 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Those are the people that have worked on the article.I think i should warn them, because it also concerns them as well.--(GriffinSB) (talk) 20:01, 19 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits to Talk:Joint Criminal Enterprise[edit]

You should know full well by now that edits like this one contribute absolutely nothing to Wikipedia except to incite ethnic feelings and hostility, not to mention that usig the article talk page for political soapboxing is against the rules. Please don't do that again or I will report you.
Thanks. SWik78 (talk) 20:16, 20 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

you didn't answer my question about following me??? If a article looks(to me) that it comes right out of Slobodan Milosevic's thinktank, why can't i share my opinion on the discussion page?!?! I didn't take any action on that article ,I just expressed my opinion,ok?--(GriffinSB) (talk) 20:20, 20 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

And you also haven't respond on that Srbosjek article where the external links are anything but NPOV.--(GriffinSB) (talk) 20:21, 20 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

On my talk page you said:
i was just expressing my opinion on that article,on the discussion page. what's the problem. The problem is that the article's talk page is not there for you to express your opinion rather it is there to discuss improvements to the article. You are abusing it by leaving political commentary. However true or important you think it may be to you personally and anyone affected by Serbia to continually keep expressing your opinion about it, Wikipedia is not the place for it. That's the problem. SWik78 (talk) 20:22, 20 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The talk page of this article contains some discussion on the validity and suitability of these external links but there is no consensus about how they are to be treated. If you are interested in getting a third opinion, try WP:RFC. I deleted the comments you made on the external links because they were basically a discussion being conducted on the main page of the article and that's a no-no, regardless of the fact that you've been trying to discuss the issue on the talk page and received no response. It simply does not belong on the main page of the article. SWik78 (talk) 16:09, 31 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Whether they belong here or not is not something that is decided by one person whether it's you or me. There needs to be a consensus of the community. SWik78 (talk) 16:37, 31 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Do not worry about this user and restore in article Croatia ..democratic elections... which has been deleted by him. For me is not possible to restore data because of ban which I have recieved from his friend. I removed the part about the elections by accident as I was removing something else. My apologies. I was going to put it back but I see that you beat me to it. Sorry again. SWik78 (talk) 16:58, 4 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I've done some cleanup on that article. The only thing I removed was the full lyrics from the song due to possible copyright infringement but there are select quotes. I added another reference as well. Let me know what you think. SWik78 (talk) 15:42, 8 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Not only chetniks. Paramilitaries in last wars committed many crimes, but how it is related to this man? -- Bojan  10:19, 18 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Do You have any source for his participation in those crimes or You just want to write it is OK to beat prisoners of war because someone else of his nation killed civilians? -- Bojan  11:55, 18 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I saw what you had written on your user page and I couldn't assume good faith. -- Bojan  12:18, 18 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

RE: Massacare article[edit]

You're welcome. SGGH speak! 11:14, 21 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This is a response I left on the talk page of the relevant article. You may be right about not counting military personell in the death toll of an alleged war crime but the only reference we have for the number of casualties is this. If you have a different source, please provided it and feel free to change the numbers. SWik78 (talk) 16:18, 21 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

That's fine. Whatever you can reference I will be OK with, as long as you don't arbitrarily change numbers because you feel they are too large. SWik78 (talk) 16:31, 21 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Mladić and Karadžić radicals[edit]

Your answer to my dillema about Mladić and Karadžić radicals is foolish. Please be constructive. And respect NPOV. --Čikić Dragan (talk) 15:45, 8 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

That was on Chetniks page, but that part is now removed. I've put some comments on its talk page (still last section). See it to remember.
--Čikić Dragan (talk) 11:47, 10 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

First of all , conversation is almost finish to me because it has not any more any influence to articles. Second, I will tend to be at side of truth, nor side of these peoples. I lived in BiH during the war and have inner side of view of some circumstances. Maybe you too? I suppose that your view at this is created as result of some Western countries propaganda during war. Republika Srpska was not never entirely ethnicly pure state. Maybe they dreamed about it, but I don't believe in realization of such states. During the war there was threaten of each side to other not only of Serbian side to others. Those people was not judged about are they commit genocide or not. So you believe in that. Prosecuting of civilians only because of their identity was at any side. I and my family were also prosecuted (actually threaten to dead what have result of our moving) because of it during the war. Only because my father is Serb. My mother is Italian.
Those people was partly patriots, because they organised people in defending of other whose threaten to Serbs. --Čikić Dragan (talk) 11:29, 12 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Chetnik quotes[edit]

Hi Griffin, I'm working on the "Axis collaboration" section of the Chetniks article, and I'm thinking about including a few of those OKW quotes. Could you provide more information about the quotes, i.e. where can they be found on the internet etc., and any other useful info. --DIREKTOR (TALK) 21:15, 28 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, I've add a few quotes to the text, but when at all referenced they have a better chance of "survival". --DIREKTOR (TALK) 23:41, 28 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Calling someone "nuts" is inflammatory, provocative and uncivil. It serves no purpose in improving Wikipedia. By now, you should know better than to make such remarks. Future comments like that will result in a report to the administrators. SWik78 (talkcontribs) 12:59, 17 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Your exact words were Serbs see a conspiracy in everything. You people are nuts. Whether nuts was intended for Serbian people in general or for any given editor with whom you were trying to have an intelligent discussion, you would be taken much more seriously if you commented on content and ideas rather than on the editors. SWik78 (talkcontribs) 14:14, 17 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I attempt to be as neutral as I can and I try to stay away from articles on which I know nothing about. There's no such thing as full proof of my neutrality (I don't think anyone can prove that) but, if you wish, you can go throught the history of Srbosjek (knife) and Petar Brzica and try to find instances of something I did or said on the talk pages of those two articles that seems pro-Serbian or anti-Croatian. On Srbosjek, several times I reverted a banned user's edits to a version that was supported by Croatian editors. I am not here for political reasons.
But I do have a problem with Wikipedia editors calling each other nuts and you are not the only person whom I've warned about that kind of stuff. The extent of my involvement in ex-YU political articles will mostly be with regards to staying civil and abstaining from soapboxing, the latter of which you seem to have a hard time doing. Hi Griffin, I wonder if you can help me out. Could you point out a non-Serbian site listing the OKW reports you posted here [7]. I'm dealing with a particularly fanatical IP moron on the Bleiburg massacre article talkpage. He wants a website to confirm a OKW report source and maintains that the one posted here [8] on srpskaistorija has been "altered" and is "Serb propaganda". Jewish Friendship Society article[edit]

Better question is why are you removing the data I put into the article and returning those that lack any source whatsoever. Also would you please comment for an example your malicious removal of the local name. And why do you insert the information that Klara Mandic is the spokesperson when she is dead?--Avala (talk) 20:44, 28 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Your comment at Talk:Srebrenica massacre[edit]

Griffin, FYI, I have reverted your comment made here at Talk:Srebrenica massacre. Sorry, but that is not appropriate for an article talk page. As I noted earlier on that talk page, if you have issues with another editor, there are more appropriate channels for pursuing them. While I'm not taking sides - either yours or Jonathan's - I can certainly point you in the right direction if you have serious concerns. Cheers. --Ckatzchatspy 19:49, 29 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Notability of Željko Grujić[edit]

A tag has been placed on Željko Grujić requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. If this is the first page that you have created, then you should read the guide to writing your first article.

If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Ostalocutanje (talk) 12:53, 13 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

At first I thought some turbo-folk fan created the article, but you created it for a reason (if the reason is what I think is) that's even dumber. Anyway, the article is about an unnotable person.

Fact tag[edit]

I was surprised to see your fact tag near statement about Serb evacuation order, because you are having picture with order in this section (article Croatia). You can't imagine discussions in multiple articles about wish for deletion of this order by our friend from Serbia.... --Rjecina (talk) 07:54, 18 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Warning[edit]

Your contributions to Yugoslavia-related political articles seem to be largely focussed on nationalist polemics and tendentious POV-pushing.

In a 2007 arbitration case, administrators were given the power to impose discretionary sanctions on any user editing Balkans-related articles in a disruptive way. If you engage in further inappropriate behaviour in this area, you may be placed under sanctions including blocks, a revert limitation or an article ban. Thank you. Fut.Perf. 06:39, 27 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I had to remove your comments because they would be considered 'attacks'. If you would like to rewrite your statement, without the attacking comments then please do. --Carbon Rodney 18:55, 28 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Topic ban[edit]

This was, again, quite unacceptable. Since you were warned against such behaviour only a few weeks ago, you are now topic-banned from all articles and talk page discussions relating to the Yugoslav wars and related issues, for a period of two months, under the provisions of WP:ARBMAC. Fut.Perf. 00:40, 1 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Irma Nici requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. -- Bk314159 (Talk to me and find out what I've done) 15:14, 26 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
