The instructions say "contact the deleting administrator", who is, in this case, User talk: Joyous!. Deleted articles that are too promotional or which contain copyright violations might not be restored on request, but much of the time, the admin will either email you a copy or place a copy in your userspace. — jmcgnh^{(talk) (contribs)} 08:44, 7 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hello HHOPLA. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests.
