Just don't[edit]

Do not post medical case studies with information that identifies the actual patient! In general, even case studies without identification information are not appropriate because they are not notable and because Wikipedia is not a text book. I note that you have claimed on Talk:Plausible Clinical Case- Team 3 (Carolina, Erin and Heidi) that this does not represent "real world" information. In other words, it appears to be a school project. Wikipedia is not the appropriate place to develop your school paper. If your instructor has instructed you do develop this as an actual Wikipedia article, please direct them to Wikipedia's guidelines for school and university projects.
