ewb[edit]

I would be willing to post info about chapters about Queens and Ottawa if you post something about Alberta in the main EWB article (though it may be laxed on references and size initially but i think i can put together enough stuff to make a few sentances (message me on my talk on how youd like to proced) Ottawa4ever (talk) 16:28, 30 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

No worries about making pages for the first time here; Ive made two pages for the first time myself recently. I did a quick look myself at the alberta chapter on the web but found mostly university sources. If you have newspaper clippings from local papers these make excellent secondary sources and are pretty solid usually. I think with those sources: the main ewb page and the alberta chapter page, you should be able to stave off deletion. For sourcing; Wikipedia:Citing sources is all youll need just read the quick summary section it explains how to source the article properly. Depending on the quailty of your article someone may still try to get a merge done on the article. Just make sure the information you put in your article isnt being repeated so much in the main wiki EWB page and that it doesnt read as promotional. Still providing you justify the articles notability on its own, i think you should be okay there. Let me know if you need a review before posting or anything else, and again i think it will be easy to estabilish information regarding the ottawa chapter and new queens inititaive (since it describes how chapters are formed in the first place) as seperate article stubs (maybe not as big as the alberta initiave page ;) ).Ottawa4ever (talk) 00:51, 31 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

MfD nomination of User:HY7/Sandbox[edit]
