GENERAL REVIEW On 06/10/2019 the idea to come together to establish a single corporate was brought up by Mubarak Sani Bala which leads a long conversation and a week after Mubarak Sani, Hamza Dahiru and Umar Bala meet to discuss the ideas together at umar's residence which leads to unanimous consent of M.U.H GenaraRal Investment with some stipulated aims and objectives. On 19/10/2019 the title was formally approved and assigned designates of Mubarak Sani as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Umar Bala as Chief Financial officer (CFO) and Hamza Dahiru as Chief operational and information officer (COO, CIO) respectively.
